While maintaining that property they blew leaves into my yard, two seasons in a row, after I had cleared my yard of leaves. I've spoken to them but they have yet to offer a solution. They came back this year but before they started in the neighbor's backyard, which abuts mine, I presented them with a Cease and Desist Order explaining that what they've done in the past was unlawful. I'm a senior citizen. We'll see if it works. Update: Jose, came to my house. Said he'd give my letter to his boss. Meanwhile he offered to clean up any debris that they may have caused. We are very grateful Ed also helped solving a very annoying landscape problem just because he wanted to help out and he happened to have the right machine. It saved lots of time and money for sure.

All they really did was mow the lawn and that wasn't even done right. Nothing else was done and yes they were supposed to do a lot more than mow the lawn. They should not be trusted with large properties or any property that has a nice landscape. They could probably handle mowing a regular lawn, possibly raking leaves on a very small property. They would probably be best suited as a quick seasonal yard clean as long as you supervise the work. Beware they are not a company you should do business with unless you want to toss your money away. Do yourself a favor and hire a few neighborhood kids they will do a better job.

We were looking forward to exploring this establishment now that we are fully vaccinated against Covid; however, we were turned away because we had our puppy. We were dismissively told they were not allowing dogs due to Covid. This didn't make sense because CDC classifies pets as "low risk" for spreading Covid (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/faq.html#Pets-and-Animals). And despite their pandemic-related policies towards dogs, I was surprised to see a lack of enforcement of social distancing in their greenhouse. Don't patronize this business if you're a dog lover. There are many other amazing plant nurseries in the area that welcome pets. Some of them even have dedicated pet stores, like Hyannis Country Garden, alongside an amazing array of plants. There are also many garden centers that don't allow pets, which is okay too, because they inform you on their website so you can plan accordingly. The only reason I chose to give two stars is because one employee overheard the exchange, and she kindly said "if it was up to me, you'd all be welcome here." She then went on to say to her colleague that "this is why we lose business." It would behoove him to listen to science as well the perspectives of his colleagues.
