    Beer cooler

We stopped by this little brewery on the recommendation from a server at a previous brewery stop. The atmosphere was great. The staff were very friendly and the beer was awesome! Especially if you enjoy IPA's like I do. There wasn't food available except for some small bags of chips but they allowed food to be brought in. I'd highly recommend a stop!

One of my most favorite breweries in Omaha. Kept in the heart of Little Bohemia, the drink options feel limitless. I have never had a bad drink here. Their cups are unique and I swear it makes the drinks taste better. They have amazing hard seltzers that are like nothing I've ever had before. You order at the bar and then seat yourself. It's a cozy atmosphere that's split with a wine bar next door. They also sell bar food and chips. They also have some cool looking merch. Love this place!

Such an amazing micro brew. All beers are so good with the hazy being a specialty. Unique location and such great staff. Some tv so you won't miss the big game. But let's be honest I come here because I've never had a beer I didn't like and chachi (my dog) can chill out too.

This place has some great beer! Definitely worth a try! I had a seat at the bar and had a few pints of their hazy IPAs and their flavor was on point! Stop in for a few but they don't really have much for to-go options. Hopefully they'll upgrade their growler/crowler game soon!

Great little place, not much signage out front so can miss it. Recommend the Wisp! Not overally hoppy

Amazing first time experience here! The staff are super friendly and really went out of their way to make sure I got the opportunity to taste their HELLA delicious AF beer. I can't wait to come back and get some of that Triple Slice and OJ to go!

Lumen beer is a cute smaller brewery in Little Bohemia. They have a nice ambiance inside, with plenty of seating and plants to brighten up the space along with big windows looking out onto 13th street. Their beer menu had a lot of variety and the HIPA I tried was quite good. A huge plus for me is that they're dog friendly indoors, so I definitely plan to come back in the future.

We stopped into Lumen the other week and had a great time. They are a small but cute newer brewery off of 13th street down from Old Market in little Bohemia. Tried an IPA and my favorite was the orange Julius seltzer, it was basically like sipping boozy orange juice. They have quite a few spurs for those that like them. Simple decor inside, they have the classic library stools I remember from elementary school. They also offer have a small snack/food menu although we did not partake. Give them a try! Staff were very friendly.

Lumen! Great addition to Little Bohemia! I don't enjoy beer so I was ECSTATIC to see the Orange Julius Hard Seltzer on the menu, husband had a beer and really enjoyed all the flavor! No boring beers here! Very industrial vibe, lots of large seating for bigger groups!

Very excited to have this place open! I've been visiting to pick up to-go crowlers and it's been fun to see the taproom evolve. Owner Dan is a cool guy who is making some amazing beers!!! The taproom is rustic and open with lots of natural light and greenery. Great addition to the Little Bohemia neighborhood.

Such a cute addition to the Little Bohemia area! The inside is very raw and beautiful, completely remolded. It is a very medium to small space, very cozy! They have an ever-changing menu with the execution of the LuJu (pictured here)! Fun Fact: The LuJu is made with several pounds of oranges and vanilla beans! When you stop by, definitely give that one a try along with their other rotating flavors!

    Cool vibes, great music.

We stopped in Lumen as we were headed back to KC. The Opulence Dulce de Leche stout was nothing short of amazing, one of the best I've ever had in 142 breweries we have been to. We will definitely be back again.

I saw a review that said they have snacks, what are the snacks? Also, do they allow outside food?

I am not sure about outside food but when I was there, they had a small menu of snacks/apps I believe they partner with another local business that brings in the food.

The inside is very clean and simple - a nice, bright place to have a few drinks and chat with friends. The patio is great too when it's nice outside. All their brews are fabulous in my experience. My favorites are Great Plains Lager and the Cairns Pilsner (I am a fan of lighter beers if you couldn't tell). They have lots of different beer styles from Kölsches to Dunkels, and IPAs to Ales. So you'll definitely find something you like. They sell Kringles flavored pretzels for snacking on, or at least they did when I went last. Love those! Aside from that, they have food trucks that post up there as well, so definitely check their schedule to see who will be there when you want to go. For a local brewery, they have a pretty solid lineup of different brews, so I'd definitely check them out if you're in the Millard area!

As for the beer, I had one of their Scary Numbers, which was a fairly flat stout, with little to revere. It was drinkable. My brother-in-law opted for the sampler with a mix of seasonal & "avant-garde" flavors. He drank it, and I sampled, but all five were very missable. This is a case where the food carried the beer, instead of the other way around. The food was good, but not great. I did enjoy my Jambalaya, and if we return, would stick to that. I would pass on their crafted beer, opting for another offering, which is kind of sad.

I met my girlfriend there for a little shopping and we started the day with some drinks and lunch (as you should always do before making some purchases.) We both got the Fairy Nectar, and fries and pretzels to split. The fries were a perfect amount for us to spilt. I ventured away from the burger and tried the Thai and chicken salad. I asked if it was on a bed of greens, and I'm glad I did, it's actually more off a rice noodle entree with cabbage and carrots etc. So while it is a salad, it might not be that light. All that said, it was DELICIOUS! Loved the flavor of the sesame and peanut vinaigrette. There was plentiful amount of chicken. I left extremely satisfied. We got there a little before 12 so it wasn't super busy and our server was attentive.

The standalone location in Legacy had a cool vibe with great staff who were eager to assist you in any way they can (filling waters, asking if you need more drinks, anything taken away, etc). The Westroads/Flagship Commons spot had none of that charm and service. It is very much a food court vibe for the exact same price that you'd pay at the actual restaurant. When we visited during holiday shopping recently, there was maybe one table seated in their little dining area. We thought we'd save everyone a trip and order at the front, which it appeared you could do. We asked two girls behind the counter if we could just choose a table in their (basically completely empty) seating area to wait for our food. And they said that you're not allowed to sit in this area (even if it's completely empty) if you didn't sit down in that area to have a server take your order. I've never hear of such an asinine policy in my life. I'm paying the same amount (and tipping the same), but I'm not allowed to sit in your dining area because I saved someone a trip and order myself at the front counter? What in the absolute world?? So we took our food and ate it in the communal area of Flagship Commons, which I'm not above doing or anything - I was just very annoyed by the Blatt seating policy (if you couldn't tell yet!) The food was also not on par here than with their brick and mortar locations. Maybe because they don't have as large of a kitchen to make everything from scratch or something, but again - paying the same as at the physical location in Legacy for lesser quality food. Is there a convenience of having this version of Blatt right in the little food court at the mall? I guess, but it's not worth it to me after this experience.

We were being driven to the Orleans Room for their Reuben, which was excellent by the way. I can't say the same for the Crescent Moon sandwich. Crescent Moon is actually just kitty corner of the Orleans Room, so the walk was short. It is basically a dive which is fine, we expected that by the Uber driver's comments. The Deep Fried Pickles were excellent. The three ciders that our daughter sampled were not pleasing to her, so she had a cocktail. I had a Sierra Nevada Pilsner, which was fine. But the Reubens, and why we came, were awful. Our daughter, said it best when the sandwich had a mayonnaise texture. I realized the 1000 dressing that was served on the Reuben was too heavy of mayo. The presentation was also terrible. Open them up so we can see the inside of the sandwich, and both slices of the bread were broken...as you can see on the pics. We packaged the sandwiches to go as were were planning to be on a plane the next day back to Oregon. We intentionally left them at the table. They were that bad. Zoe was a pleasant BT/Server who was available whenever we needed her. But food is why we went there, and it was not good.
