One thing to keep in mind: bug repellent! With the small waterfalls, water features, and all the plants surrounding the area, there are definitely mosquitoes around. Very minor punchlist to adjust a couple brackets holding the string lights and they came out immediately to do that while never once pressuring for payment till I was a 100% satisfied.
