Really cute store with a welcoming vibe from the moment you walk in. The staff was super friendly and helpful without being pushy, and they made it easy to find what I was looking for. Yes, this place is pretty fab. Filled with bling, glitz, and glam. Unique gift items to please almost any diva, divo or hard to please person who has everything and you don't know what to get her/him. There is almost something for everyone here and worth checking out at least once. However, it's been the same gift items for years. I think the days of gifting ONE wine glass are done. I have so many mismatched glasses. Don't get me wrong they're cute but just about all my friends have given me every wine glass imaginable. They should just maybe consider showcasing some new, unique gift items. Something that hasn't been overdone. Now, with all that said, it is a darling boutique gift store and worth trying it out. The entrance was definitely intriguing. I got sucked in with all the stuff animals :') (which by the way were literally the softest things I have ever touched in my life). They had many different gifts for every occasion. I'm into men's cologne, and all the staff were super knowledgeable and helpful about the products they have. Discovered this store after getting Starbucks since the Christmas decor caught our eye while we were about to head on Springdale from the parking lot. We literally never knew this store was here. I am very happy with making the sibling stop the car and back up to go in the store. It was crowded with what seems to be long time customers, which is awesome. The customers and staff are friendly. Gloves are provided (woohoo! covid19 precautions!) Easy to find; easy parking. It has lots of cute Christmas decor. Some of it seems to be pricey but limited edition from the artist Mark Roberts (never heard of him before, but apparently he's very popular). The only thing I'm bummed about is that apparently, there's a 10% off with your Yelp check in that one of the other customers posted about which I didn't know until now when writing this review. Despite not being able to get a discount (every bit helps during covid19 times), I have to say I am happy we stopped at the store and bought a cute Christmas decor and will be coming back. read more

I have for years been saying I need to go in yhis store but yesterday I finally did and I was not disappointed. I love holidays, birthdays and bling and this store had all of it. The only problem is I wanted everything in the store. The owner was outside on a break and was so friendly and nice. I had a very bad experience I would not recommend going here. First off, I came with my 8 year old daughter who is quite scared of dogs.I did not know a dog roams free in the store and there are no signs representing that fact (at least none that I saw), so naturally when greeted by the dog she was extremely anxious. I had to escort her back to my car so I could check the place out. When I mentioned what happened the lady at the counter was very rude to me. She seemed offended that I couldn't understand her accent (British I believe). When I asked why the dog was not on a leash, she said, "Riley (the dog) is harmless, don't worry about it." I just let it slide since I was in hurry with my daughter in the car. This place is ridiculously overpriced and the women here know it. Especially the owner, Diane, who greeted me as I was browsing. Well here's where things get unbelievable. The owner was drunk!! She smelled of alcohol and was slurring. I noticed a glass of champagne at the counter but I wasn't expecting the owner to be drinking it on the job! I will not be returning. This place has a ridiculous price range (as in $40 for notepads, WHY!?), the owner's dog sniffs around in the shop, and the owner is a drinks on the job! STAY AWAY!! read more

Every time I go into this store I kick myself for not stopping by more often. They always have the cutest gifts, and right now they are all blinged out for Christmas. I was just in shopping my heart out, dropping handfuls off items at the register as I passed. They sought me out and asked if the items were presents or not; and if so what holiday. By the time I got to the register to check out, the whole staff was happily wrapping all my gifts (for free). Best customer service ever. Friendly staff. Cute merchandise.
