The house is large and it was full of dust and dog hair. Matthew and his team spent over six hours doing a deep clean on the upstairs three bedrooms and two bathrooms. They also worked on the formal living and dining rooms. In the kitchen, the stove was scrubbed to sparkling brand new. Not…read moreonly did they take advantage of me, but they used all my cleaning products to do their work and after blatantly admitting their negligence and apologizing numerous times...they refused to refund me the extra $200 they charged me and then blocked me after letting them know I'm taking them to the magistrate. $650 total I unarguably paid, and was going to also include a $150 tip if they did a good job, but as you can see...that was not at all what I received. They did hang the clothes in my master closet (which wasn't part of their deal) but I also let them take clothing from a pile that's no longer used that I was planning on selling at Plato's closet eventually.
