Joshua is the best as he's easy to communicate with. You pick your package, complete a form to reserve your spot and you're good to go! He'll be in touch closer to the event with the website to use to pick your template. There's so many to choose from and he can adjust any of them to match your party's color or adjust the design! He sends you the sample to confirm. Day of the party, depending on your package, the photobooth attendant will arrive about an hour prior to your requested start time. We had Dallas as our attendant and he was amazing! He set up pretty quickly and then let us know when we could start! He was even awesome enough to make sure he had my daughter (her sweet 16) take a single set and made sure our family took some too! Parties get busy so glad he reminded us!!! He wasn't hovering either, he was good about giving the guests space to take the photos in case they were shy. The backdrop and the props were great too!! Print outs were awesome and at the end you get a USB with all the photos (for a minimal fee), so worth it!!! Clean up was easy. He cleaned it all up and didn't leave any mess.
