Once I called the office and told them what was happening with me they got me in within 24 hours, keep in mind this is a doctor who didn't even know me but stayed late for me. She was patient, kind and explained every possible illness it could be and she put me at ease about it all. The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful as well. I have attempted to contact the office; however, the representative consistently reports that billing department is unavailable. Multiple messages have been sent without a response. It is both surprising and unacceptable to be told that my insurance is accepted and that a copayment was required, especially since I was scheduled for a follow-up appointment next year. Dr Nunez is by far the best doctor in his field I've met. He truly helped me and listened to my issues and treated me for it. He is a great knowledgeable doctor and his experience speaks for itself. They have been kind and patient and accommodating. I am currently having some health issues and they showed compassion and wet amazing at filling out my disability paperwork and getting it in to the insurance agent in under 24 hours. Just like any doctors office you should always know what type of insurance coverage you have going in it's really not up to them you have to be your own health advocate and know what your insurance covers and what it does not cover. Also there more than willing to put you on a payment plan if you can't pay upfront right away
