I was thrilled with the results and the procedure was painless. After that, with every beauty tech I've seen, the product stung at least a little, and at one place in Boulder it straight up HURT, and the woman doing the procedure acted like it was nbd (and also didn't remember from the other time I'd seen her what my curl preferences were). I have learned through experience that the right beauty tech makes a HUGE difference. Brooke Millette has done the best job of any beauty tech I've ever seen and I will never go anywhere else. If/when she leaves Lash & Co in Longmont I will be SO sad. She is the absolute best and I cannot recommend her highly enough; she is absolutely gifted at what she does. I've had good experiences at Lash & Co in Longmont generally (haven't heard great things about every other location but Longmont is good). Highly recommend.

However, my work schedule came out and I needed to reshedule as my work hours conflict with my appointment. Krysta told me if I needed to reschedule that would not be a problem. Well it is a problem for some reason to reschedule. Either she is off that day or can't fit me in anywhere else. How hard can it be to fit in a 5 minute appointment. Krysta spends about 5 minutes or less with me to work on my chin. I would say maybe 10 minutes with the time spent to pay for the session and reschedule. But Krysta can't find a few minutes to work me in. That is poor customer service and does not make anyone want to return to your clinic.

Average at best, I'd be surprised if they last 1 week and I'm already debating the use of mascara to keep them from crossing. There's nothing more embarrassing than 'crossed lashes' that keep splitting and creating gaps. It sounds silly but these eyelash extensions have changed my life in unexpected ways. Small ways but have had a huge impact on my mood, energy, confidence, and more! They've literally erased so much of my stress and mental load and freed up so much of my time. I'm not late for work bc my makeup took too long trying to perfect it. I don't get annoyed in the mornings because I can't get my mascara and my eyelashes to like each other.
