She did not mark the points to inject, nor used rubbing alch9l to clean my face. She also did not ask if I wanted a numbing cream. I also asked for fillers for my smile lines. I went along with it then went home. 2 weeks passed and I as the other lady stated here, I did not see any difference. I reached out to Jessica letting her know. I went back in and she again injected me. Once more nothing came of it. In fact things were worse. I again reached out and she initially said to come in and she will take another look. We'll, by now I was upset and cried over the state of my face considering I spent 1500.00 to get this done. She proceeded to ask me if I was suicidal. I found this to be out of line and unprofessional. I did not go there to get my head shrunk but Botox. She finally said I need to find another injector for she is not the right one.
