Man this place is hidden. It is next to their His and Hers Barbershop and the Asian Mart. The people here are super friendly. Meet heather and Malou will make sure that you are taken care of. The food specials are to die for. Not many places that meet the strict standards of people from the Philippines. Check this place out. It needs to go viral so they can expand.

Tiny hole-in-the-wall serving fresh and delicious Filipino cuisine. Lumpia were crispy and flavorful with a delightfully spicy sauce. Chicken adobo was well-seasoned with tender, succulent bone-in chicken.

This is my second time at the Lumpia House. It's location is definitely a hidden treasure. The first time I ordered, I ordered pancit and lumpia. This time I did the 1 combo of pancit, which came with fried rice and two lumpia. The pancit is perfect! The noodles are done, the flavor is full and I can't get enough of this place. The lumpia are smaller but very tasty. The first time I came, I also ordered taro boba tea which was awesome! I like to change things up so I tried the honeydew melon boba tea this time and it's just as good! The staff are nice and the little market along side the restaurant has tons of cool finds. I highly recommend Lumpia House. Oh also for every boba tea you order your tenth gets you a free one!

We went here for their grand opening. It was fun. Food was excellent. Everyone was friendly.

Delicious, authentic, and plentiful Filipino food. I'm glad this place opened. I went here when they did and it was great. Staff were friendly as well. I can't wait to be back to this restaurant.

Limited but delicious menu! Quality food, not the normal greasy takeout. A great addition to Goose Creek, will definitely be back.

Before before getting to the food, the space was inviting and had a lot of cool touches. And the service was great! My wife, youngest, and I shared a number of plates. Some of the first include included the Kinilaw, the Lumpia, and the Laing. The Kinilaw is a yellow tuna dish. The tuna melted in your mouth and the flavors from the coconut-leche dressing, ginger, and jalapeño, as well as the fresh mint, added to the flavor palette. I didn't try the Lumpia because it is skinny spring rolls made with ground pork. My wife and youngest said they were great in really enjoyed the taste. The Laing was a vegetable dish involving creamy brace kale with garlic, ginger, and coconut milk. Of course it sounds different and it was, but in a really good way. Again, the way the flavors worked together was really great. The last dish we got was the Curry. It is grilled red snapper with braised, mung beans, tempura sweet potatoes over coconut red curry sauce and rice. It was so good. Again, the flavors in this dish were amazing. The fish was cooked just right. And the way the dish worked together was a piece of culinary art. They also had cool cocktails, good beers, and even mocktails for our teenager. Our experience at Kultura was better than we even expected from looking at the menu online. If you find yourself in Charleston, do yourself a favor and check this place out.

The decor very inviting and it has moderate noise level. We ordered arroz valid which was my favorite dish so far, pancit sisig with a different type of noodle than the regular skinny pancit rice noodle that I know which kinda throw me off, curry snapper that was good, lumpia, Laing, and the holy city salawat plus the new drink tennis were so delish! I would definitely coming back to Kultura for

I've never felt so blatantly disrespected at a restaurant. They tried to have me pay $16.95 for what looked like a kid's sample plate-- it was that bad. The owner then slaps (I'm SERIOUS) the plate back on my table yelling, "OKAY, You can pay $14.00"..what the heck? You disrespect me and still want me to pay anything for this? You lost you mind. I was served maybe ONE OUNCE of chicken breast. Not a full meal -- not even close. Just a few sad slivers of onion and about half a cup of rice. For nearly $17. This wasn't some gourmet presentation either -- it looked like something thrown together at a soup kitchen. It was downright insulting. When I brought it up, calmly and respectfully, the owner snapped at me, saying, "DID YOU EVEN LOOK AT THE MENU?" Your menu should have said, food that looks like overpriced and basic. Excuse me? I didn't raise my voice, I didn't curse -- and that's the response I get? After I said I wasn't going to pay $16 for three bites of food, they started gossiping about me to other customers, giving me nasty looks, and rambling about being "in business for 20 years" as if that justifies their attitude and garbage portions. I'm sorry, but being in business for 20 years doesn't give you a license to treat people like trash or serve meals that wouldn't satisfy a toddler. Their arrogance is unbelievable. DO NOT EAT HERE. You'll walk away feeling ripped off, disrespected, and hungry. The owners clearly don't care about their customers anymore -- if they ever did. I paid cash for our lumpia and our sweet teas and left right after our interaction. I won't walk out on a bill but I wont ever be taken advantage of. These people were effing nasty. And if they are reading this -- yes, I'm talking to YOU TWO the owners -- maybe take a long, hard look in the mirror. Your behavior is disgraceful, and your food is embarrassing. Either drastically change the way you treat your paying customers, or do us all a favor and RETIRE - your washed up.

Although they aren't solely a Filipino place they do have a few unique Filipino dishes on their menu. Like every other Asian restaurant in town they are Asian Fusion thus they have mix of Asian Cuisines on their menu. The first bad sign was just after sitting down when I smelled the smoke from someones cigarette. I truly hate smelling cigarette smoke so things were off to a very bad start. We order I got the lumpia and chicken adobo. The lumpia was just OK and was the highlight of the experience. The so called chicken adobo was nothing like what it should have been, It was chicken and gravy and was not even that good. This was the worst Asian meal I have ever had. I wouldn't come back here if I was starving as this place is horrible!!!

I tried the Pepper Steak, which was GREAT! Another interesting item was the Bacon Fried Rice, very tasty. The menu also includes a couple appetizers and burgers/sandwiches, fish and seafood, as well as steak. Service was good, hostess stopped by often and refilled drinks/water. The atmosphere is no-frills, think bar/cafe, so don't expect fancy fine dining. And if you're inclined...you can buy lotto tickets before you leave. Definitely a place to stop in and grab some priced-right, comfort food. Adding Luz's to my weekly lunch stop.
