Patty went soooo above and beyond for me throughout my entire closing process. When I was finally able to meet her in person, I wanted to hug her and cry at the same time. She helped me in a lot of ways and was so patient with all my questions and emails. I don't know how she deals with multiples of 'ME.' But she does and does a great job! I officially met Scott on closing day and we clicked right away. What I enjoyed about him was that he was a super nice guy, took his time with me and explained things, made me feel comfortable and not rushed, and ensured I knew what my responsibilities were after I left his office. She tried to force me into spending $12,000 to stage my house so her decorator-friend of could make money. When I didn't, she under priced my house, refused to present a counter-offer to the buyer and met with the buyer and his agent ALONE after we had a scheduled meeting together. She then took a profit of nearly $6K and made sure the buyer's agent (also of Charter One) made nearly $6K (at my expense) but I didn't make a dime. When I told her I wouldn't show up for the closing, she not only gave that information to the buyer's agent, she said they would sue me. I lost my house and money and was left homeless because of her and now this man tries to intimidate me. I would never trust him. Buyer beware; steer clear of him and find another attorney!
