Pasta with Chilean bass. So flavorful, full of vegetables and wonderful spices.

First restaurant we ate at in Hot Springs. The service was excellent, especially for being so busy.

After a long drive and checking in to our hotel? This place hit the spot! Arancini was fresh and steamy hot with house made marinara. My wife said it reminded her of my own. Thick and hearty without being overpowering. My filet was perfect over the mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. While they were out of redfish they happily substituted sea bass for the wife's Ponchartrain. Perfectly grilled with that crisp on the fish that still comes through with the sauce. It was a little loud but tolerable for us. Great atmosphere and the service was excellent. I truly enjoy a server that checks on you without being too intrusive.

My wife and I travel to the Hot Springs area every year. Luna Bella is the one place we absolutely make sure to go EVERY TIME. Tammy has been our server the last couple years. As always, her service was impeccable: polite, expeditious, attentive, above and beyond. The chef has never missed, concerning our food. From the 'Try this, it's something we're considering for our menu', to the ever present classics, we've had nothing that we didn't truly enjoy. Wife says the Tiramisu martini is the best she's ever had. The decor is lovely. Walls adorned with what appears to be local artwork that is available for purchase. The seating is extremely comfortable. The service wear is always impeccably clean. I hope Luna Bella and its current staff are around for years to come.

This was our favorite meal of our trip to Hot Springs. The service was slow paced, which is a good thing! It allowed us to really enjoy our meal and it was perfect for date night. The food was excellent, the drinks were made to perfection, and the overall experience was so great. I'll remember this meal!

Luna Bella offers great Italian-American and seafood cuisine. Don't be fooled by the exterior--it might not look like much from the outside, but the ambiance inside is quite nice, though a bit on the darker side. The servers were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. One standout was the coffee martini, which was excellent and definitely worth trying. As for the food, it was very good overall. I believe all the food, except the pasta itself is made in house. I particularly enjoyed the red fish--it was flavored perfectly and a highlight of the meal. The salmon was also very good and the risotto that comes with it was tasty. The bread and butter was nice and they refilled it, although we could tell the first batch had been sitting out a little while. If you are looking for a good place to relax and have dinner with well-prepared and seasoned food , Luna Bella is a great choice.

Don't let the outside fool you. This place has fabulous food with great service. When you walk in, the art on the walls and dim lighting gives you all the feels that this will be a great American-Italian meal and it was! 1) Get reservations 2) Go hungry We were visiting Hot Springs and the other couple had found this place prior to our visit. The weekend was booked up so we opted for Monday evening at 5:30. Our server Tim was very knowledgeable and offered honest answers to all of our questions. I had my heart set on scallops and risotto but little did I know that they had the busiest weekend of their 10 year history prior to our visit and were out of scallops. No worries though. Tim had lots of other recommendations and the chef is open to substitutions. Let's get started with the food because we know that's what you came here for The starter bread and compounded butter is wonderful. The bread is so soft and the butter is incredible. Martinis: Bellini martini: excellent. It's on the sweeter side but not too sweet. Luna Bella Martini: excellent. Not as sweet as the Bellini but really good! Mike got a Manhattan, really good! Apps: arancini balls were perfectly crispy on the outside with a bit of gooey mozzarella nestled on a creamy ball of rice and parm. They were served in a bowl of a scrumptious marinara. Would get these again. Crab cakes. Going to be honest here. Good but not great. They do have fillers so if you like a lump crab cake without fillers, this wouldn't be your choice. They did have a good flavor and a nice sauce but we would try another app should we visit Hot Springs again. Main dishes: I had the pasta primavera with grilled shrimp. The only sub I made was changing the GF lentil pasta to angel hair. I loved this as did the entire table since they all sampled it. Yellow squash, zucchini, carrots, broccoli and green beans. Just the right amount of perfectly cooked veggies in a creamy Boursin cheese sauce. The shrimp were cooked exactly as shrimp should be. 10/10 Mike got veal scallopine but subbed the potatoes for angel hair and had it tossed in the vodka cream sauce. It comes with grilled shrimp. Again the shrimp are not over cooked and his sauce had a nice Smokey flavor. 10/10 of you eat veal. Tina got the Pasta Fortuna. She subbed angel hair and added the marinara from the arancini to make it a pink sauce. The server even said that the chef said he thought that was a great idea. 10/10 Wes had the chicken marsala. His only sub was the pasta. He too subbed angel hair. 10/10 All entrees were a hit!! Desserts: The Creme brûlée was delicious. Nice caramelized sugar topping with a tasty creamy custard below. It had a dollop of whipped cream on it but alas, no fruit as I am accustomed to with most crème brûlée 8/10 The chocolate chip bread pudding was nice. Good flavor. Not too dry. Not too eggy like some bread puddings. It came with a peanut butter butter cream on top. My opinion is that a warm peanut butter sauce poured over this would make it 10/10. I give it 8/10 This is a locally owned and family ran restaurant. One of the owners was walking around checking on everyone and thanking them for coming. She also saw us out as we left. We highly recommend this place if you are visiting Hot Springs and want a delicious meal and wonderful dining experience.

Just call the week of to confirm it. Now onto Feb. 14, 2026 (Valentines). Had reservations at 6pm for two. Our server was great, golden waitress that night. Got seated promptly. The place was gradually getting more guest but no big tables yet. The chef and kitchen staff are who got under my skin that evening. They use to be accommodating to a request. It was their way or the highway that night. I wanted the Veal dama bianca over pasta and not the veggies and potatoes. They wouldn't substitute for pasta that night, knowing your pasta station is always going because you're an Italian restaurant. To me, that would have been easier to do for your guest than plate it with all the veggies and potatoes, which aren't that good to begin with, paired with that dish! I would have gladly paid an up-charge for pasta to get what I wanted. ZERO accommodation that night. I will be back, but I was very disappointed with the kitchen staff this past Saturday night. I was really looking forward to that dish. Jay's Italian Villa and Via Roma are the only two places that served that dish. Jay's is no more, and Via Roma has the best Italian food and options in Hot Springs. Glad they did get back the osso bucco on the menu.

I made fun of it when I read the sign as my father would eat Vienna sausages but this is not that, so good! I added a side meatball to try which was ok, i found it too crumbly and dry but sauce was ok. Only thing didn't care for was the cheesesteak. I guess I had a mind fart and was thinking Philly cheesesteak which I wanted. This is an overstuffed pot roast style sandwich which is not the style I like. Lots of cheese and didn't notice the peppers or mushrooms. The au jus added didn't help the sandwich. The fries were ok the onion rings didn't have flavor. Not a fan of big fried rings. First off, the pizza was absolutely incredible. They call it Chicago-style, but honestly... I lived in Chicago for 14 years, and I can't think of many places there that beat this pizza. We ordered the KO Pizza and it was outrageously good. Perfect crust, loaded with flavor, and the kind of pizza that makes you stop talking for a minute because everyone at the table is too busy eating. The place was packed wall-to-wall, so service took a little while, but it was worth every second of the wait. Honestly, when a restaurant is this busy on a Sunday night before Memorial Day, that usually tells you everything you need to know. Also worth mentioning: I ordered a "small" side salad... which arrived in what appeared to be a family-sized serving bowl. My mom and I ended up splitting it because apparently Rocky's definition of "small" is "feed a softball team." Prices were shockingly reasonable, especially for the quality and portions. This place is a true Hot Springs institution right across from Oaklawn, and if you've never been, you absolutely need to go. It completely lives up to the nostalgia and hype. And a special shoutout to Jamie the bartender -- infectious smile, bobbing her head to the music while pouring drinks, and bringing such a fun, welcoming energy to the whole place. People like that are part of what makes restaurants memorable. Can't wait to come back.

The inside is uniquely decorated with features such as accordian lights and the original inudstrial ceiling of the building. There was a bit of a wait as the table was prepared. We were then quickly seated. To start off, we got the pepperoni chips. They're exactly what you'd imagine. Crispy pepperoni slices that are served with a side of marinara sauce. Now, don't get me wrong... they were definitely good. However, would I get them again? No. They were more salty than I would have liked. We mainly were looking for a non-carb starter. Looking back, we probably would have gotten the caprese plates. In terms of pies, we got a large half-n-half. For the first half, we got Hot Honey. Great mix of savory with the shredded pepperoni and then the sweet & spicy offered through the hot honey. Then for the other half, we got the Fungal Jungal. There were crimini, oyster, and portabella mushroooms... plenty of flavory as well as a good amount of roasted garlic. This was probably our favorite out of the two. Though both were still good overall! Aside from the food, everything was reasonably priced and service was top-notch! Definitely recommend!
