Everyone is helpful and always answers your questions. What I like is that they are very punctual about their times. I've never waited but a few minutes when I arrive for my appointments; there are no long waits in the waiting room. My 6 year old doesn't even fuss when going here, so that is a huge plus.

I have had to pay out of pocket since my insurance only pays for crowns every 5 years. I even had to pay out of pocket because the office clerk said they were in network and were not. They are really incompetent, greedy and dishonest in my opinion.
