We took in our 3 year old at Smile Center for Kids for a second opinion after being told by the previous dental office that my son would need to have work done at the hospital! They said my son would not let them do the work. I couldn't attest to that since the other office doesn't let you go in with them for their procedure. Anyway, I am so glad I brought him to Smile Center for Kids. ALL staff was friendly, positive, and inviting. The dentist was patient and caring with my son. They had no problem getting the work done as they truly know how to work with kids. This place is amazing, the staff is amazing and I'm definitely trusting them for my kids' dental needs going forward. Thank you all

Jessica made everything easy for me with her quick responses and kept me on track. The hygienist did a great job hands down 5stars same with Leslie and her team mate made sure I was well every chance they had. They work great with the doctor! Everyone and even the manager had been very polite, its like as if they are 100% real people. Either they get paid very well or they love what they do! (Hint for Dr Amir) They answered every question and made my visit welcomed and at home. I couldn't answer with my mouth full of spit, pillow block, and few other things lol... But the assistants and Dr. Amir were very attentive and cared about my well being during dental procedures. Cons: Remember I said I felt at home? Yes, I went in on a very pact date, Christmas Eve. But... I felt at home home.. watched a full movie. Think the words gone out that Dr Amir and his team are rockstars and the place just gets packed easily. Maybe they need another Dr. Or... they may just need to call in less appointments daily. Last con: Communication, In my opinion I noticed a little communication going on and thought they may need to work on it a bit more. Like team planning before going into a room with a patient. I had a whole lot done in two days and will be going back with Dr. Amir and his team!

Be careful what you sign for, and make sure you see and ask about everything they are charging you…read more I went in for a wisdom tooth removal, spoke to the dr. about only a wisdom tooth removal and the process and procedure, but not once was I told they were going to do a bone replacement graft. You expect them to tell you everything they are going to do to you prior to consenting to any type or surgery right? But that was one thing that was never mentioned. The lady that comes in to charge you and claims to be the office manager is the the rudest person in that place. When she explains the charges she tries to tell you everything quick like she's obviously trying to make you feel rushed before so you can sign quickly. When asked questions she barely answers and now I see why. When I called back to ask why I was being charged for a bone graft the lady named Claudia who I'm sure was the same lady I dealt with due to her tone and attitude in her voice began acting very hostile, extremely rude and basically couldn't give a straight answer. Her reasoning was, we charged you that because you got it done. Now I looked at videos of what a bone replacement graft is and my procedure looked nothing like that and again was never mentioned. Anyway, learning experience. Positive things: the staff ( besides that awful woman) were very nice and welcoming. I dealt with the dentist that extracted my tooth and a different one when I went back for the follow up and both very nice and professional, answered all my questions. I didn't know about the bone graft at this time until after I left the follow up if not that would have been a definite question. I would say next time but I'm not so sure if I can go back to this place. Im very upset to that "manager" handled the situation.

The staff and assistants where very friendly, curtious and professional. My new dentist, Dr. Bandley, was also super nice, super friendly and very professional as well. He gave me an honest assessment of my teeth, which turned out to be great and in good condition. I'm so happy I found him and his facility, Smile Luv Dental is the perfect dental place for me. I really look forward to my next cleaning there, and I totally recommend others to get a checkup there too. I want to recommend Smile Center for Kids for both kids AND adults dentistry…read more The kids were nervous but they were able to see other kids being serviced and it reassured them. The staff members were kind as I had both kids for cleaning at the same time and they were seated at opposite ends so I had to walk back and forth to check up on them. Parents are welcome in the back to observe. My kids and I are wimps and this location off Sunland park have the most patient staff. The hygienists and dentists have the gentlest hands. I know I fell asleep when she worked on repairing a filling. They worked with our schedules and we all were able to get our cleanings and fillings done with our insurance. Billing was very clear and they asked permission before doing any procedures. I felt very safe with their COVID procedures. They do temperature checks and limit capacity. I believe they have a East and West location and went to the Sunland park location. Best of all it's right across from Gorditas Tony so we're able to get yummy food right after.

I had to bring my 3 year old and everyone was SO great with him. He got bored watching his kindle and everyone made him feel better and helped me out!
