I think her name is Lesha. Today, my wife stepped on a nail around 9:00 am so we got online and the fastest appointment was 2:00 pm. We decided to just walk in. The lady at the desk said to just sign in as a walk in. We signed in at 10:36 We sit and waited for two hours sitting directly in front of her just to have her tell us two hours later (12:30) that she needs to put us in her system. The urgent care app had us checked in and as the next seen patient for over an hour and a half and she let every walk in go ahead of us. She would not own up to her mistake. She lied and tried to tell us they were all scheduled appointments after I heard her ask if they had an appointment and they said no! She told every single one of them to sign in as a walk in. Me and my family will never go there again. Look at my photos and the current time on my phone. (Lesha lied as she was unaware that we were watching the app) You can see the number of walk ins. All the names under us got to go ahead of us. Shame on you "LESHA" I hope your supervisor reads this and the other comments about you. Edit: I asked for my debit card back and we made the longer drive to the Urgent care on 46 Shields Rd. Those people know how to treat customers! A+ experience. They had us in and out under 20 minutes. I strongly advise you to drive a little further to the shields road location and advoid (Lesha) in Hazel Green.

A mistake was made on my dentures and one worker who is not the dentist kept trying to fix them but made them worse. She would argue with me when I tried to say something on how they felt. She acted like "I'm the expert, you're not so I'm going to do what I need to do and shut up", she doesn't know what the dentures felt like to me and what I felt needed to be fixed. She wouldn't listen to any input I might have so I just kept quiet while she destroyed my dentures. Not only would she argue about my dentures she would argue about anything I said, one of the most unpleasant people I have ever met, I sure hope I never meet anyone like her again. They do excellent quality work, BUT they are astronomically expensive, they refuse to provide a…read morepricing schedule of their procedures (so I could compare their prices to other dentists), and their estimates are massively low ball for what they eventually bill you. I'm very disappointed that I eventually had to drop them when a $500 estimated procedure turned into 3x that price! When I asked if the failed dental repair was one they did in the past couple years they gave deflective response after deflective response until In exasperation I stopped asking. Clearly the failure was their recent expensive work and they did not want to take responsability. The same happened when I asked why my bill was 3x the estimate. Could not get a straight answer. The people are nice. The office is clean and orderly. Dr. Griffin is extremely skilled, but they are dishonest. I dropped them when I could no longer live with that. I hope they fix their honesty issue because other than that they are great.
