A mistake was made on my dentures and one worker who is not the dentist kept trying to fix them but made them worse. She would argue with me when I tried to say something on how they felt. She acted like "I'm the expert, you're not so I'm going to do what I need to do and shut up", she doesn't know what the dentures felt like to me and what I felt needed to be fixed. She wouldn't listen to any input I might have so I just kept quiet while she destroyed my dentures. Not only would she argue about my dentures she would argue about anything I said, one of the most unpleasant people I have ever met, I sure hope I never meet anyone like her again. She was rude beyond belief.

They do excellent quality work, BUT they are astronomically expensive, they refuse to provide a…read morepricing schedule of their procedures (so I could compare their prices to other dentists), and their estimates are massively low ball for what they eventually bill you. I'm very disappointed that I eventually had to drop them when a $500 estimated procedure turned into 3x that price! When I asked if the failed dental repair was one they did in the past couple years they gave deflective response after deflective response until In exasperation I stopped asking. Clearly the failure was their recent expensive work and they did not want to take responsability. The same happened when I asked why my bill was 3x the estimate. Could not get a straight answer. The people are nice. The office is clean and orderly. Dr. Griffin is extremely skilled, but they are dishonest. I dropped them when I could no longer live with that. I hope they fix their honesty issue because other than that they are great.
