The owner (Christina) along with her staff are always happy to help. I was in the military years ago and loved working out in a group. The camaraderie and support are two things that help push me. 24 hr gyms didn't do that for me. I hated to go to the gym. Then I found this place and knew i was where i belonged! In every class the instructor is always watching and making sure your form is good. The staff and members are all amazing and so welcoming. They offer Pilates (reformer, mat, tts, and chair), yoga (vinyasa flow & deep stretch), cycling, Zumba, TRX, tone & strength, and barre. Every class has a sign up list. You can sign up a week before the class. They have a waitlist as well and chances are you will make it to the class. Highly recommend Wicked Pilates!!

It's 15 mins each and starts immediately after one another, with no break. It's in 126 degrees sauna rooms, so make sure you bring ur water bottle! Hot Blast- combination of upper and lower body workouts. Love the full body workout Hot Thunder- water rower using their water tank pully system . Great for back, biceps, triceps, shoulders, core and hip. My arms were giving out trying to keep pace with the virtual instructors! (The instructors didn't have water in their rower btw so that's why they're faster) Hot Cycle- great cycling and most popular here. Awesome cardio ! I've also tried their mat Pilates from a different day, those are really great body workouts too! It's 24/7 so it's super convenient.

I really appreciated how all the Machines were so clean and in working condition with an abundance of sanitizing wipes to maintain a neat and orderly environment. I stretched in the Group Classes room while it was empty too and appreciated how all the mats, free dumbbells, and other equipment were so organized in a peacefully Zhen arrangement too and full of fun and balanced colors to keep the vibrations inviting and balanced. I always appreciate the Fitness 10 Management for keeping the air circulating so well. The AC Temperature was perfect and the fans were turned on to make working out feel like a Staycation Luxury, and I liked how there was fun and catchy upbeat Music playing as well as TVs keeping us updated with the news too! The bathrooms were very clean, fresh, and thoroughly sanitized as well and I appreciated how the lockers were numbered clearly to help me remember which one I used to put in my purse. Nice improvements after the renovation. Been coming to this gym for years. It was an ok gym before…read morebut it was ALWAYS way too packed and the equipment selection was limited, which meant you had to either wait or work in a different workout. Now with the renovation, there's a lot more space on the floor. Basketball court has been removed, which has allowed for a lot more machines. Not sure we needed this many punching bags but at least it's variety. Lot more cages and a ton more leg machines, but now there aren't enough plates. They've also doubled the cable machines and moved everything around to allow for less crowding. Restroom is still gross. I wish they would've done some work there. Sinks are always busted. Overall happy with the upgrades. Not fighting for machines anymore.
