When I walked in there the place was very clean, spacious and designed well. I noticed another stylist that was doing a very nice job with coloring another client hair. My stylist was very friendly and punctual with my haircut and styling appointment. She really knew about cutting hair and she styled and cut mine that was fabulous and flattering for me!! He fixed it so now the eyeliner goes up (which of course opens the eyes, think 1960s). Erik listened, was attentive and skilled with his line work. It was expensive and he asked for cash, but it does include a follow up appointment; and it was worth it. I appreciated his attention to detail. I look forward to not having to draw eyeliner on every day. I can highly recommend him.

Vivian was incredibly clear and upfront about the lip blushing process, including the fact that it can be more intense than eyeliner or brows. For me, that was true, though I know it varies by person. My first pass healed lighter than I wanted, and at my follow-up Vivian really listened. She made sure I was thoroughly numbed and adjusted the color to a richer shade that I love. She also explained that some lips simply don't retain pigment as easily, which was reassuring and helpful to understand. Healing was easy, and I'm excited to see how the color continues to settle over the next few weeks. What really stands out to me about this studio is how kind, attentive, and thoughtful all of the artists are. One consistent approach I've noticed is that they intentionally go lighter at first, which makes total sense. You can always deepen the color at the follow-up, and it avoids ending up with something too intense. Overall, another great experience and I couldn't be happier with the care and results.

I put it in my information, what I am looking for and a 3 day range that apparently is the max Yelp will let you input. I did receive a quick reply but it only said "sorry I'm not available" as if I was putting her out. They could have replied, "thank you for your inquiry, not accepting new clients at this time" or "the time frame you provided doesn't work with my schedule, can we see if we can schedule another time?" or basically any sort of kindness at all. My schedule is open but they wouldn't know because they didn't ask, guess they don't need or want new business.
