I went to US Nails today to get my nails done and the gentleman that was doing my nails said I needed my old set taken off and a new set put on, so instead soaking my nails off he decided to try and peal them off with a fake nail and needless to say it hurt like hell and there was blood every where, he messed up my nail so bad they couldn't put a nail over it. And the worst part is not only did they charge me full price but they also charged me for the set removal which is how he messed up my nail to begin with, so I paid this guy to injure me. First full set they did awesome. They were friendly it was clean and I loved the way my nails looked! When I went back for a fill the lady was SOO rude to me the entire time I got my nails done. She kept arguing with me because I told her I didn't want shellac on my acrylics I told her I could not afford $45 for a fill... that's as much as my full set. She kept on and was super rude about it thee entire time! Then she wanted to charge me $5 for designs which is fine and expected but I told her I didn't want a design. She did it anyway and charged me for it. I brought my friend with me and she got a full set.. and her lady did the same thing but did shellac anyway! Even tho she didn't want it!! Went in today for pedicure and my nail tech cut my toes making me bleed multiple times. My nails are crooked and look like an unskilled person cut them (see photo). I kept telling my technician that she was hurting me but she wasn't understanding and quickly massacred my feet after I asked her to stop several times. There was a definitely a language barrier and possibly visual impairment (no exaggeration). When I wanted to terminate my service, Jessica (owner), who is a nurse, and the male manager kept pushing me to continue stating that it's so common for people to bleed during pedicures and that it happens all the time. Being cognizant of COVID-19 and their desperate need for business I offered to pay for what they did (which was basically a 1-2 minute foot soak and nail cut). However, I was in pain, my foot was shaking and I was done with the pedicure service. They became angry when I didn't want to take a different technician and finish. At no point did they apologize or say I am sorry we made you bleed and you are in pain. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! The service was good although it was packed. I came here about a week , maybe a week and a half ago. I got black acrylic nails with a matte coat on top. They were beautiful until later that night when I took a shower. I had areas on about 4 of my fingers where the coats of nail polish had bubbled up and they were even leaking tiny globs of wet nail polish. I went back the next day and they were very kind and redid them for free. Two days after that my nail polish on one of my finger had nearly completely came off. I went back two days later and annoyed , they redid my nail once more. I didn't feel bad for going back , I just hope everyone realizes their nail quality it quite shitty. Great customer service but if that's not what your selling , that's not what you should focus on. (Writing this from a week after I got them done and they are chipping and peeling. $40 for acrylic nails I'd expect them to last a little longer.) DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! read more

Use to be my go to place until it was purchased by new owners. My mom had a gift certificate for a pedicure and they refused to let her use it because it was from the previous owners. He then said "Oh well it's only $20." which was what the certificate was worth, but still wouldn't let her use it. Very rude employees with horrible customer service who talk about you the whole time. Not a comfortable or relaxing experience. Really wish the old owners still owned this salon. I got my nails done today. Worst mani pedi EVER! Uneven and crooked nails. Four of my cuticles were cut and bled. The nail tech missed some of my nail, which I didn't notice until I got home. Absolutely the worst pedicure I've ever had in my life and I've had plenty! First it started off with a 45 minute wait with my feet in the water the whole time I was told it was right away I would've never waited that long because I had things to do I almost got up and left and I really wish I would've. This was my second time at this place for a pedicure. I try and go at least a few times before I forge my opinion. I waited in a chair for 20 min. before they filled it with water. They used pump dial for the antibacterial! Waited another 18 min. before they started my pedi. The guy drug his tools/files from the lady next to me and started using them on my feet!!! Luckily I brought my own files and stuff so I quickly ended that. No base coat was used, dirty files and tools, hand soap... yeah, I won't be back. read more

Went in today (12/7) and notice they changed the inside around. Looks very nice and organized. Very fast service, was In and out in less than 45 minutes. Nails look great! Shellac Fail: I have heard mixed reviews from this place. I had actually heard that is was VERY clean so I decided to give it a try. Not clean, not even close to clean, unless you call dirty fingernail clippings in the fingernail clipper box clean (I don't)! So I go in before work to get a shellac. Everything is fine, it is early and slow so I am helped immediately. My nails look ok. However the shellac was not set properly and after I had left I notice my nails are covered in fuzz from my sweater, they are so sticky and the top coat is not set at all and coming off. My nails do not look shiny they look rough and they feel very sticky. So I just spent $30 to get my nails painted and now I will have to waste my lunch break going back to see if they can fix it. She did not do as I asked, filed into my fingers several times with the electric file making me bleed, she didn't fix the spots that were lifting on my existing nails. She just covered over it.
