One star is REACHING after what this business did to my nails. I paid for a $65 60-minute gel pedicure "deluxe"with a $10 additional charge for two of my toes to be "fixed" (yes I know it's temporary) with acrylic. Not only did the lady cut me twice until bleeding, but as I gave her hope to finish the rest after apologizing and being efficient to clean it up and stop the bleeding, I realized less than a week later that the acrylic she put on my toenails was MMA. After sitting here for over an hour trying to remove the acrylic I am unfolding many other issues that are now wrong with my toenails. Even the ones without acrylic. If I can recommend anything, just pay for the high end nail salons. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

So it was my fault she already had the acrylic on before i wanted to tell her I wanted longer nails, she said she had been doing nails during the quarantine so I went with her. Was decent price I only paid 45$ for these. For some reason tho when she had put the acrylic on my thumb starting burning? Never happened before she said I was probably allergic but never in my years of getting nails done has it ever burned before so i suggested she get new gel stuff. Was really good probably was not my favorite I got acrylic nails yellow we waited about 10 minutes she got us in the chair waited like another 10 minutes she got my nails perfectly we only paid 40 bucks for the two of us and they were really nice they talk to us did not cut my cuticle. First, I waited 20 minutes in the pedicure chair for someone to come over(there was only 3 other customers) then the guy that helped me didn't do HALF of the things that come with a pedicure; no filing, cutting, trimming cuticles NOTHING Then he barely rubbed my legs. Man I used to love this place. My pedi guy had the water scalding and was annoyed when I told him it was a little hot. He shoved my foot down after adding a few seconds of cold water. The rest was fine until painting time. I asked for white polish. He did one coat and tried to put me to bring even though there were open seats everywhere and my sister in law was sitting next to me and we were visiting. I asked if he minded if I just sat there to visit and he acted put out. I then asked if he would be able to do a second coat of white because it was see through and again he got an attitude over it. I thanked him twice for even doing it. I've never had service this anywhere. I thought it was still a great place but the reviews show otherwise. My sil was also sitting with foil on her nails her whole pedi and now we have to leave with her having bare nails because the lady who said she would do dip never came back the whole pedicure. I get acrylics done regularly at Lovely Nails. They do a great job. Very friendly and listen to how I want my nails done. My only issue is that if it's busy, I've had to wait up to 45 mins to get in, but I've figured out how to avoid the busiest times and haven't had to wait longer than 10 minutes in several months. My daughter told me that they do the best pedicures she has ever had. We are from a big city so that was a good review from her. I went in today to give them a try. I was in dire need of a fill and wanted a pedicure too. The massage chairs are very nice, the staff is friendly. The massage that was part of the pedicure was out of this world. Hot towels, several lotions and potions, and a massage good enough to get a couple knots out of my calfs. The decor is quite nice for a nail salon. It was very busy and ran very efficiently. I would not come back to this place again. The massage was painful-- I have massages on a regular basis, so I understand about relaxing my muscles and can deal with pretty strong pressure. I asked the person to be a little gentler, and he kind of laughed and said, "Sensitive, huh?" I wanted blue polish with a glittery top coat. I sat under the drying light for at least 15 minutes, carefully went to lunch, and discovered that after an hour and a half, the polish had still not set and was kind of sliding off my nails. I went back and asked them to fix it-- they just painted another layer over the not-set, sliding polish, and sent me on my way. Not relaxing, not enjoyable. read more

Not super impressed with this place. I didn't think it was very clean, then when asked if I wanted a deluxe or mani pedi, we let them know we were just having a pedi. I was with a friend, I hadn't see for awhile so we visited for some time. When leaving they charged us $35. I let her know we just had a pedi. I couldn't find the gentle men who did my toes, and the gal acted like she wouldn't understand us, and just charged the $35. I didn't even think it was that great of a pedi. A sign of a good organization is when they listen to their reviewers. This must be the case here because reading the old reviews feels like the reviewers were not in this salon at all. Have tried 2 other salons--and spent way too long revisiting the last one before a friend recommended this one. I should have listened to him sooner!! This is probably the cleanest salon in town. I heard from a friend that this was the best place to go in town. The pedicures and the people that worked there were apparently the best so I made a reservation for 5 people at a certain time on a Friday morning about 5 days beforehand. They told me the reservation had been made and I made sure to make sure there was enough chairs for the 5 people to go all together. They reassured me that they would. On Friday morning, the 5 of us showed up on time and to my surprise, only 4 chairs were available. I was automatically upset because I wanted to do this with my friends, not in rounds. I let my four friends go first and the owner assured be that I would be in a chair within 5 minutes. However, by 20 minutes I was still sitting on the couch while my friends were almost done. I finally got into the chair after 3 of my friends were already done and finished and waiting. The chair was probably the best part of the experience. To start off with.. The whole experienced was rushed because a big rush of people came in wanting to get their toes done as well. She had gloves on which was good, but at one point when she was doing my toes she went to ring up someone that had finished, didn't take the gloves off, and came back and started working on my toes again without putting on new gloves. When she started the massage, it was painful and rushed. Granted, I might be sensitive, but she'd rub in one area for a really long time and wouldn't move elsewhere for awhile. After the massage, she moved to my toes where she barely did the job. She only filed the big toe, then sort of buffed the big toe and pretended to do the others, but really didn't do it at all because I was watching. She also only did one coat of paint. As she was doing the painting, she didn't put a toe seperater on but when I looked over everyone else had one. At that point I asked if I could have one and she flat out told me no. I said that I wanted one so i didn't mess up my toes and she said I didn't need one. I then repeated that I wanted one and I would appreciate it if she could do it either way. She then looked over to her coworker and her coworker told me that my toes were far enough apart to not need one.. and they told me no again. By the way, My toes were not far enough apart and I messed up one toe while I walked to where you dry your toes at. All in all, I had a horrible experience. I would not recommend going here for the price I paid. ($20) Find somewhere else to spend your money for the future. read more

My step-daughter and I came in to get our toes done. First we were told it would be about 20-30 minutes wait which we were fine with. Forty minutes later they had my step-daughter sit down to get her pedicure done. I continued to wait and was standing directly behind the nail tech doing her toes. Two more seats cleared up but not a single person cleaned them up so I could sit down. After another 15 minutes waiting I asked when I would be able to sit down to get my pedicure done. Someone quickly sprang into action to clean the seat next to my step-daughter who was already pretty much done and was getting ready to sit under the dryer to dry her nail color. I put my feet in the water and there I sat for another 20 minutes with not a single interaction from an employee. Needless to say I took my feet out of the then cold water and put my shoes back on. I went up to pay for my step-daughters pedicure and was directly behind another lady who paid and as soon as she was done the employee helping her walked away once again ignoring me. I had to loudly ask for someone to help me. After they all started yelling back and forth at each other one of the employees came up and proceeded to try and charge me for two pedicures. This is when I expressed my disappointment in the whole afternoon wasted for me as no not one person actually helped me and I did not in fact get a pedicure. I think they do a good job. Every manicure and gel lasts 3-4 weeks and they do a beautifull job. I like the selection of gels they offer. They are always busy and popular in Longview. A couple operators don't speak fluent English but there is always someone there to translate. read more

I hope I don't get an infection. I'm lying here in bed and i can feel my toes pulsing because of it. The floor was NASTY. 5 hrs after leaving and you can pick the polish off my nails. The top coat bubbled up after putting my hands under the UV light. The only plus was the massage and scrub. I will NEVER go back! The salon was clean I'll give them one star for that. Parking sucks to start with. There were 3 young children running around the salon, they turned out to be children of an employee. Not the place for kiddos mostly unsupervised. I was there 2.5 hours for a fill!!! My initial wait, I got sent to a manicure chair and another very long wait, then my mani lady left to go do someones eyebrows, and disappeared another time. my mom and i have come here before and had great experiences. today was a different one. i was letting my toes dry and watched the workers give a lady my seat shortly after i was done with my pedicure after they DIDN'T clean my station. not to mention that my pedicure was rushed.. but i am more disgusted that they would not take the time to clean out the foot spa after they scrubbed my feet all up in there. it makes me wonder if they even cleaned it before i got a pedi! most definitely will not be going here again. read more
