Their own terms clearly say, "We will call or text you with a delivery time the day before the event. We will give you a 1-2 hour delivery window... Our routes are planned to ensure every order is delivered and setup on time." That turned out to be COMPLETELY FALSE. Despite a text saying delivery would be between 11 AM-1 PM, no one showed. NO call. NO update. I had to chase them down, and the rental finally arrived barely 15 MINUTES before the party started. The driver was polite but didn't know how to operate the cotton candy machine because, as he said, "I'm just the delivery guy." The worst part was speaking with Kirk, the manager. He was DISMISSIVE, RUDE, and completely UNPROFESSIONAL. He cut me off, said, "You're upset even though you enjoyed the rental and had your party," and HUNG UP on me before I could respond. He confirmed a partial refund--$51.75 back to my card in a few days and $23.75 via Zelle--which honestly felt ODD for a business. While I appreciate the refund, a SIMPLE APOLOGY for the stress this caused would have meant FAR MORE. I actually wanted to post this review the night of my daughter's party, but I chose to wait until the refund processed to give them the benefit of the doubt. As a Black woman, I was deeply ASHAMED of how Kirk carried himself and how this reflects on the business. I truly hope he's held accountable because situations like this are exactly why people hesitate to support small, minority-owned businesses. This company made what should've been a joyful day incredibly STRESSFUL. I will NEVER use them again and urge others to think twice if you want your child's party to go smoothly.

The slide was set up improperly causing burns and scars on 10 children at our party. When brought to the owners attention he only complained about the slide being used improperly. The smaller children who stayed at the bottom of the slide which was majority of the time sustained no injuries becaue they weren't using the slide. The older kids who tried to use the slide all sustained serious burns on their back sides legs and arms. This owner had no intentions or care to help us resolve this issue. All he could say was his team has been working for him for so long and couldn't possibly have made this mistake however my pictures show other wise.
