I had a really wonderful experience getting a full eye exam here! The staff were very kind (especially the front desk receptionist). When I arrived they offered me drinks, snacks, and a seat to relax as they quickly checked me in. The facility is sparkling clean and well organized. Lots of contacts, glasses, and sunglasses to choose from. The exams went by quickly and Doctor Emily was great at explaining the process for a first-timer like me! She was patient with my questions and took her time to make sure I understood the health of my eyes. Dr. James is just lovely. She has state of the art equipment and all of it was cleaned prior to my arrival. She kept telling me that each piece of equipment had been cleaned before she used it on me which put my mind at ease. She seems to really know what she's doing also and gave me some great advice about eye care. I was given a couple of eyeglass prescriptions. I found a cool pair of frames in her shop and am excited to get my new glasses! And it should only take a week or two. Overall a very good experience at Luna!
