I am so glad to find PT Christine through Luna. She is professional, knowledgeable, practical and caring. She also taught me to work with my home setting. It's very helpful and easy to remember. That's something I never got in a traditional PT's office. Getting therapy at home is a wonderful experience. No need to drive a long way. No need to sit at a waiting room before the appointment. Flexible scheduling so less stress. I feel relaxed at my own home and enjoy the privacy setting. I don't have to worry who is watching me when I bend down in pain or be embarrassed to discuss my health issue in a shared gym environment. Setting up an appointment was easy. I was in pain and soon after I called Luna, Christine came to help in a week while other PT clinics told me to wait for at least two months. Instead of bringing home description of exercises on paper, there are videos on my cell thru the app so it is easier to follow. I had concern having a stranger coming to my house, but I told Luna my specific requirements and it turned out great. I think it's hard for me to go back to a regular PT clinic after trying Luna PT. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I was a physician relations manager and I was assigned to the Southern California area. No PTs were EVER available to see the referrals sent in. The owners was trash. He came to the office and brought "Mexican" food aka Taco Bell while his wife and him ordered takeout. We were treated like trash in that office. Worst place to ever work and receive treatment. GO ELSEWHERE! They also "accept all insurances"...a LIE from the start...sure they accept it but you will be paying out of network and stuck with a bill. They are really honest people (insert sarcasm). Inability to get necessary PT appointment following total knee replacement! Surgeon at UCSF assigned this company for PT. They did not respond to patient phone calls. Only operate from an app, sort of like Uber - "who will take this appointment?" NO ONE! Complaint has been made to UCSF hospital. Patient only got PT more than a week after surgery by hiring another company. read more

I was referred to Luna by my knee surgeon at Stanford for home PT after knee replacement surgery. After contacting them by phone as directed, giving them my info, and doing the same on the phone 4 days later with someone, I'm was then texted after another 3 days that they have no-one to come out to do the required PT after my surgery on July 9th. Honestly, this was beyond horrible. After, complaining STRONGLY to my doctor and to Luna's customer service I received a call today that from a manager that they found someone and made appiontment for the required in home PT 2 days after my surgery (July 11th). I guess I should be happy that I got an appointment, but honestly this was FAR too difficult. I hope my PT makes the appointment and we work well together. We'll see! read more

We were told we were in their service area Sacramento and that they would be sending a physical therapist to our location for my wife after surgery we we put on their broadcast list to have a therapist schedule to come out. It's been two weeks and they kept sending emails saying to hang in there. They were looking for therapist in our area after waiting two weeks and never getting a therapist to schedule to come out. They sent us a notice saying we were taken off their broadcast list because they could not find a therapist to help us, very poor Service I am looking to other mobile therapist to schedule with I would not use Luna again read more

I felt a little uncertain about engaging a physical therapist over the internet and without a doctor's referral, but I couldn't be happier with the therapist and the therapy. Brent is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to assess my condition very quickly and accurately and give me the exact exercises that I need. He has a wonderful personality, and I feel completely comfortable having him in my home providing the therapy I've needed. Medicare pays for it too! read more

He listens closely to me when I am describing my condition and always offers a good and reasonable direction to follow. He has encouraged me to walk to get more strength in my body and for heart and lung issues. Nathan is mindful of my pain and physical limitations. I tore my calf a few months ago. My doctor called it micro tears. I can walk without pain, but even slow running or jumprope after 4 months was painful.
