We booked a trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic and stayed at the Excellence for 7 nights. IT WAS AMAZING!! An all-inclusive resort, we had a good mix of relaxation and adventure. We got the tan of our lives, plenty of romantic dinners, horseback riding on the beach, snorkeling excursions, catamaran ride to a neighboring island, and countless other amenities. Ginger got us great, cheap flights, and a $100 resort credit! Michael the one that was in charge of the bus and getting us from point A to point B not only did his job but did hers as well.. after pre paying everything, she apparently did not let staff know and had people pay for their breakfast and drinks ex.... after we were told that drinking water was included we left and were chased down by a waiter thinking we were skipping out on our bill for water... this was to say the least embarrassing to be accused of skipping out on a bill when we were told ever was paid for. if it weren't for Michael this trip would not have been enjoyable...

Poor communication, lack of interest interacting or helping us on the trip, and soooo many mistakes. Thankfully a travel planner from another agency was also with us & even though it wasn't his job, he kept trying to fix her errors & do things for us to make the trip much better. She has zero accountability. As another guest stated to us "it seems we're just on HER vacation". None of the 35 guest will ever book a trip again if it includes Debbie. The other travel planner gained a lot of future business from us though.
