We booked them for a trip from John Wayne airport to Disneyland for us and for other members of our party - both to the hotel and then the return trip to the airport later in the week. Our pickup from the airport was ok - though the child seat we needed to use for our 3 year old was broken and unusable. At least it was on time. The problems began when the rest of our party arrived at the airport (as scheduled) for pickup later in the week. No one arrived to pick them up. After waiting, they called - and were told someone would be there shortly. After waiting again for more than an hour, they took another shuttle service. After that poor experience, we called the business and attempted to cancel approximately 36 hours before our return trip. No answer so we left a message. Then, we called again on the morning of (way more than the 4 hours they state for cancellations on their website) and again received no answer. We then rescheduled with another shuttle service. Finally, with less than an hour before we were due to leave, we got a return call from Best Shuttle at which time they said we were not going to be given a refund and proceeded to dispute everything we had done earlier in the week. They then proceeded to charge our card even though we didn't use their service. Additionally, they charged a "tip" of more than $40 for their driver. Needless to say, we are disputing the charges and would never recommend anyone use this service.

I needed to plan a private wine tour for my best friend's bachelorette party and Sandy was great from the get go. She walked me through the various options and was extremely helpful in getting together everything I needed. She was easily accesible by phone or email and will get back to you ASAP if you have any questions! On the day of the wine tour, we met our WONDERFUL driver Tom. Not only was he on time, but he was so accommodating the entire trip. He would help take pictures for us and even brought us ice for our waters and champagne when our lunches was just slightly delayed. He was so pleasant and easy to talk to!
