Well, they came out about a week later, filled it, and our bill was about $500 more than it had been in October. My husband called and they said we were stuck with the payment, that they had raised prices before the storm. We paid $2.09 in October and they charged us $3.16 in January. That is shady business to me and we will not be using them again.

I have never worked with propane before and had questions and the lady I spoke with said that my number was passed off and I could speak to him about it. Her tone was derogatory and rude.
