Clint was unsure of the status of the vehicle since this was the first day it was online with no pictures or much of a description. Clint told me he would investigate and get back to me. My phone rang within 15 minutes he had found the vehicle and was able to answer all of my questions and took a deposit on the phone. I live about 4 1/2 hours from the dealership but was able to make it down to Diffee two days later to find the vehicle just as described. Cleaned and ready to go. The finance guy couldn't have been better. What a great car buying experience. First time I went there for repair, arrangement for loaner was not made and I had to go back a week later. When I took my car for brake repair, they changed the steering wheel and when they installed a new passenger side mirror I paid for, they doubled the charge for labor and installation. After I confronted the service manager-Pat- he lost his temper, became rude and condescending. An employee who loses his temper with customer should not be allowed to be in the workplace much less to hold a management position.
