She immediately digs into the back. I stopped her after 1 stroke but the damage was done. I told her that I had specifically said to not touch the back, and she said "oh I didn't hear you". She didn't hear me. She didn't hear me... In a job where your customer uses words to tell you what they want, you simply don't hear, don't ask a follow up, and do exactly what the customer said not to do? I had to tell her twice that I didn't want the keratin before she heard me and realized I don't want to go forward with anything. So I skipped the keratin and walked out. Now I have this mess of a haircut that is obviously uneven even from the front. I had spent time growing my hair out only to have Nelly ruin it. So that's Nelly for you. Unprofessional, ignores the customer, does whatever she wants, and ruins your hair.
