One thing I liked was that you can do a wine pairing per glass. Which means that you can choose which dishes you wanted a wine to drink with. This also meant that you didn't have to commit to a whole wine tasting (which is difficult for me because I'm a light weight and can't drink much). We went too heavy on the Dim Sim, ordering six types of noodles, dumplings, and baopaos - but in reality one or two were enough for our small group. As servers carrying whole suckling pigs, crackling peking ducks, and gorgeous overflowing plates of greens pass by your table, you'll regret your choice to stick with snacks. The salted cod + chicken fried rice should not be missed. Pictures on the menu are a huge advantage and let you spy on other tables to try and order better.
