We chose the chicken, the brisket and the sausage, and broccoli salad and potato salad for the sides. Everything was incredible. My favorite was for sure the brisket with the crispy onions on top. My second favorite was the chicken, deliciously fall off the bone. My third favorite was the sausage. I'm not a huge smoked sausage fan but as far as smoked sausages go these were great. I think next time I would go with the pulled pork. The barbecue sauces were delicious. The meats were cooked perfectly. I really liked the salads as well (especially the broccoli salad, but the potato salad was also awesome). The Diavola pizza was incredible, I love spicy authentic Italian pizza, this was up there with the best I've ever had. You have to try the chocolate chip skillet cookie. I mean if you're a chocolate cookie lover like I am. The beer was great, love the IPA and the radler, and the Italian plum sour which was something different. For lunch I had the brisket sandwich... OMG with the crispy onions and bacon and cheese... TOO good. Also started with the smoked mushroom bacon dip, and had some amazing fries in the side with Chipotle dip. Everything was incredible! Oh, and I can't forget about the pup pretzels, a nice appy and kid favourite. My kids had some classic pizzas, pepperoni and prosciutto and arugula (which I sampled) and they hit the mark. The waiters were super friendly and attentive. I love the new decor and the feel of the restaurant. Much more open and bright and just a lot nicer/updated than the previous restaurant at this location which I had been to once before. Looking forward to going back when I'm in the area again.

So I went to meet up with my friends, and brought my own water bottle because I dont think it's right to be made to pay for water. The man behind the bar stormed across the floor, yelling at me that I couldn't have it in there And that it was against liquor laws. I understand that, and so I told the bar tender why I had brought my own bottle, after being refused water before and he says "oh that doesn't happen here". I've never been treated so disrespectfully by any food/ drink establishment before. My friends agreed that the way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable. Revolting experience, and quite upsetting to be treated the way I was. I will never return and will recommend patrons and musical acts to not support this establishment.

The owners work at Michelin and built this small but mighty brewery out of passion - and it certainly shows. The company was amazing, our lovely server was more than accommodating and the beer was the best. We get as if we had won the jackpot! If you are into craft beer, I would highly recommend that you check out this little home of beer. You will not be disappointed!

None of the beers are all that good. I've tried regularly in hopes that my mind changes. The 'Big Stink' is basically the only drinkable but nothing special at all. Don't spend your money on a flight! The service here is completely hit and miss. Certain staff seem to be decent while others seem completely uninterested in being there - including the owner himself! In the half dozen times we've come in, I don't think we've seen the owner chat or acknowledge anyone who isn't a regular. He seems very socially awkward which is a weird quality for someone running a brewery. The dynamic between staff is very obviously awkward as they don't chat or seem to have any rapport at all. The atmosphere also isn't very inviting. Lighting is very dim and table sizes are hugely awkward. Don't sit at the bar top at the windows - the stools are rickety! The patio takes the cake for being the most useless use of 2x4s you could ever imagine! Enjoy two boards cutting into your thighs and getting splinters. You likely won't get too uncomfortable because you'll leave before you wait too long to even be served out there! If you come in, a sign asks you to wait to be seated. Don't assume someone will seat you - the bartender will yell from behind the bar to 'sit wherever you'd like'. My favourite seating are the booths that are down the aisle to the kitchen right outside the (very outdated) washrooms! Can't imagine whose idea that was! While the food quality/menu has gotten slightly better in the last two years, the prices have gone way up while portions have gone way down! Not worth it to eat here and drink mediocre beer. Overall, we haven't had one really great experience here even after multiple visits. If you're looking for way better beer, an inviting atmosphere with a great patio, head a little down the 201 to Lunn's Mill; their food is just typical pub food, but your experience overall will be MUCH better if you're looking to enjoy your evening!
