After spending several hundred dollars on fertilizer treatments and more than a thousand dollars on pruning, the trees likely need to be replaced (see the picture below and decide for yourself whether you would hire this crew). The company representative had the audacity to blame the situation on me suggesting that I should have contacted them earlier. Terrible way to treat customers, especially when this company is so expensive. Terrible service, terrible quality and even worse value. Fair warning. you should look elsewhere for your tree care needs.

He said that he would be respectful to our property, but that wasn't the case. There is damage to the fence. The owner will tell you that he will come on a certain date, then not show up. (He won't give you any notice, or isn't apologetic about it.) At a point, he didn't show up for a week. He is also a liar as well. He has been extremely hostile. He did a poor job on our backyard cutting down the trees. He left a mess, and dead leaves in my backyard.
