So, of course we can't use the golf cart rental. South Haven is full of tourists, all golf carts are reserved, there is no way this golf cart would not be rented sometime during the weekend. They refused to refund our money, so we're out over 300.00 for three days of cart rental. I have owned a business...I would never treat a customer like that. This just shows you what kind of owners this business has. Go somewhere else where they'll treat your fairly.

We drove 1 hour so we just had to wait around... after an 1 1/2 hour of sitting in a parking lot waiting for 'Susie' we finally get to someone and they basically said yeah you won't be able to go today.
