I tap on the door, hoping to get some insight from the wandering employee inside. She slowly walks towards the door and I explain that I'm only here for an online pickup. She stares blankly and offers nothing. I'm just short of crying from frustration when I find a chair to sit in right outside the store so I can rest my Cam boot, which is already aching from the short walk. The same employee opens the door and tells me they'll be open in 20-30 minutes. They finally open and of course the online order part of the store has no one in it- shocker! So another "perky" employee says "oh, yeah, go to the front register." Great. I get there and it's the same employee that didn't help me initially. I give her my name and all I get is attitude, eye rolling, the whole nine. She barrages me with a series of ridiculous questions, all of which I answer. I'm losing my patience as I look around the store. Same employee then asks me for my ID. Um, ya think you could have done that to begin with? I finally get my order and take another look around the store- because it's the LAST time I'm ever there. 3 stars for the products and variety, ZERO stars for customer service = 1.5 stars.

My doctor Molly Smith is also. About a month ago I had a spot on my nose that I thought was a scab from a scratch. It didn't go away. Feeling it a few weeks later it felt like a bump and seemed to get bigger. I sent a picture to Dr Molly on their portal. The response was a call from her assistant for a spot check appointment. Day before yesterday I felt a large bump on the top of my head. After I sent the picture my visit was changed to I a full appointment. It was such an excellent response! This morning the doctor took the bump on my nose off for biopsy. She also burned a number of places on my scalp. Addressing other issues she gave me samples of a medication that insurance didn't cover. Her Assistant brought me samples of the night cream the doctor recommended and let me know the doctor preferred the same brands' sunscreen. All my questions and issues were addressed in the appointment they scheduled shortly after receiving my portal message. It's crazy that I would be the one of my siblings to have the skin cancer problem. I've avoided the sun for decades while they are in the sun all the time. The answer from the doctor was that I have fair skin. I'm so grateful to have Dr. Molly and Pariser Dermatology.

Nonetheless, I decided to check inside and since it said suite 200, I assumed it was in the second floor. I took the stairs to the second floor and thankfully saw the entrance to the office. Again not well marked until you're actually inside the office. I checked in for my appointment and only waited for a few mins before being called back. Kyla introduced herself as my aesthetician! She was so warm, kind, & gentle spoken. She did a phenomenal job & let me know what I had to look forward to with the facial and as she was starting each step. She also took great care to ensure I was comfortable & that the settings weren't too strong or uncomfortable. The room played soft ambiance music. Kyla also walked me through what the next few days look like for my face & how to best protect it. Overall, I think Kyla made this a wonderful first time hydra-facial. She's so talented & friendly. Dr.Colen was the best. I had a medical emergency and Dr.Colen was out of town but he sent his medical partner to check on me. The office staff even checked on me. The love and care of everyone there is so special. The doctor did a great job of getting me in the OR on time and in recovery in a safe and timely manner. My recovery was amazing. They saw me each week for a month to check on stitches and drains and my overall health. This was truly a great experience. I've had two surgeries with them and will have more if I decide to have something done in he future.

My mother also has the gene mutation and had the same surgery a couple of years ago. She is already unhappy with her results and is going to see Dr. Uroski to see what he can do for her!
