My experience here was great. I wanted to try somewhere new to get my Classic refills because My lashes, I felt, were being rushed on and were not of great quality. So I found this place through a co worker of mine. And she went ahead and helped me get in literally 2 days after I requested for an appointment. And believe me, for those who know and live my lashes, it is dang hard to get in ANYWHERE ! But anyway, The drive from Lacey was not bad at all. There is plenty of parking space and the front of the shop was gorgeous. I love the decor they had, it felt very chic and welcoming. As a first timer, I felt very welcome. My lash tech, (I am so bad with names) I think was Michelle ‍ (sorry If I am wrong) but, she did an amazing job. First of all, those under the eye pads, did not leave my eyes open slightly to where they start to burn. She put them on perfectly. And I just let her do her thing and she did. Once I opened my eyes, my lashes were exactly what I wanted them to look like and feel. She did amazing! I will definitely return. There are very few places in Tacoma that will do other location fills and I worked at a spa so I understand why but I was in that situation so it was inconveient for me. I had heard of lush lashes before and when I found out they'd give me a fill even though I'd been going to some place else I booked an appt. I inquired online through their website and a couple of hours later someone text me. They were very informative, let me know what appointments they had coming up, payment methods, location etc. I was a week off of a fill where my lashes were just not lasting and the soonest appointment they had was a week out. I expressed my urgency and she said if I was ok with two different technicians doing my lashes that she could get me in 2 days sooner. I felt the need to be cautioned but I accepted it for the sake of my sparse lashes. They do not require your card info at booking. Rare with this day and age but I appreciate that because it's sensitive info. I got a reminder text two days before. Both girls that I saw were great, shelby and kaylee but it was kaylee who did most of my lashes and really made them look amazing! I rebooked with her. My first time client fill took the full 90 minutes and it was$85. Normal fills for 1 hour are $55 which is a steal! Especially for the quality of their work. Besides the person I saw previously before this, I've never had another lash tech do clean and great work. Her application was perfect. No lashes glued together, no glue on my eye lids, no pain. Just lovely lashes! The boutique was literally the cutest retail set up I've ever seen they have a lot of cute things. I wish my daughter was still a baby! The bathroom was adorable with more amenities than I have ever seen in a place of business. Tampons pads bandaids mouthwash makeup remover, the list goes on and on. Tip - they have a small service charge if you're paying with card. You have to go around back if there's no receptionist in the front. My lashes have never looked so good I will recommend to anyone! Cute little shop. Prices are decent. I asked for a classic full set and instead ended up getting a natural? My lash lady told me to do a mega fill for the next fill so I can achieve what I want but shouldn't that have been achieved the first time? UPDATE: Hasn't been a week and my lashes are falling off significantly (what little lashes that were on...) canceled the follow up fill. Not worth what I paid for. Newbie to lashes, I did what I thought was pretty good research on the whole subject matter, artists and references on where to go and before I booked my very first appointment. Based on the reviews here I decided to visit and base my first experience on whether I would allow this establishment to be my first, lol... Walking in I was welcomed by the manager Mischell and explained that I had never had extensions before and had a couple concerns and she was more than helpful and informative. I was able to booked an appointment for the upcoming Saturday at a time that worked for me. First impression of the stylist was that she was nice, I explained this was my first set ever and she stated that I would love them and wish I would have done them sooner. True statement as I walked out in love with them! Unfortunately my fill wasn't as memorable and I decided to speak with Mischell about the sitution and I am willing to give another stylist a try as I do love the location and availability they offer, wish me luck on my second fill today! read more

Second she didn't give me options for length, and I didn't feel comfortable asking if she was using the same length that I came in with. My lashes always look good when I go here, this is a fill. They don't fall out (for me) until the usual 2-3 week mark & they have sealant! I've had 3 people do my lashes at the salon and their all really good at making lashes the way you ask! I had my first appointment with Brooke on 6.23.2016 - Lush Lashes is boutique style. Comfortable, welcoming, warm and unique. Not stark or clinical. I knew immediately Brooke and I were kindred spirits and I can't say enough about the service she provided. Her passion for what she does it so clear. She booked me for a full set, spaced out 2 hours and took exactly 2 hours from the time I entered the door. It was relaxing. She was intriguing to talk to. The results were so much better than I had ever expected. Her attention to detail was precise. 2 days later and I haven't lost a single lash. They are unbelievably perfect. As an esthetics student who works as well I have zero time for eye makeup, including mascara. This has saved me A. a ton of time and B. I can now avoid the "naked eye" look! Super great, knowledgeable and accommodating staff. Sometimes difficult to get in, same day appointment are almost non existent but if you are able to plan ahead, its very much worth the wait. Also, $50 change fee charge for appointments cancelled within 48 hours of appointment. This can be tough when you have just come down with a bug and consider getting their staff sick. They work so closely with you it hard to feel like you are not passing it on to any of them. LOVE getting my lashes done here! This is probably my 4th year seeing Kia, and she has always done a great job. Kia and others in her studio have also accommodated the fact that I'm allergic to gel pads and they use tape instead. I just started seeing Maddie, and today she went beyond by being extra careful to remove excess glue as well as fill in a teeny gap. I came here to get a lash lift. I saw their IG page and looked at some of their work before I made an appointment. I was very hopeful. The customer service was great but after spending $70 and a hour of going through the process it was a waste of time. Only the ends of my lashes are curled. From the looks of it the rod placement was too high so it never was curled from the bottom to give the "lifted" look I desired. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here for a lash lift. read more

I was with one salon for 3 years until scheduling conflicts forced me to find another place. Since then I've tried many reputable salons and none of them worked out. I'm so glad I found Lush Lashes. Chanelle is super friendly and she does my lashes exactly the way I like them with the perfect length and thickness. Not only do my lashes look amazing, but they feel comfortable too and that's really important to me. Terrible work & terrible service. Don't waste your money or time here. If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. Been getting my lashes done for 2 years already so I know the run down on how to care for them. Normally they last me around 3-3.5 weeks with my previous lash girl (who isn't available anymore) but here they barely lasted a week!!! I looked like a hot mess for the holidays & spent $85 for it. I supposedly got a "mega fill" (which I didn't even ask for- I just wanted a classic fill) but it looked like it was merely a classic fill yet I got charged for a mega. Messaged them to let them know my experience and that my lashes barely lasted a week and they told me they could get me in earlier than my prebooked appt to "fix" the problem but I would have to pay again. Um, yah that's not considered fixing the problem if the client is paying again. They advertise your lashes lasting 2-3 weeks yet for me they only lasted one. Again, I've been getting my lashes done for years so this is a shock to me. Will definitely not be returning. I'll attach pictures as well to show the terrible work. read more

Today I had an appointment with Alyssa at Lush Lashes, and I'm soooo happy with not only my results, but the experience overall. Alyssa was fun and relaxed, chatting with the other girls and me, but also very professional. She asked me in depth questions about what I wanted, and explained to me what she was doing and why. She also added that my lash look could be adjusted at my next appointment if I wanted something a little different, which made me feel even more comfortable. I was nervous when I walked in because I've been searching for a new lash girl for a while. But I walked out with fabulous lashes, exactly as I hoped for and pre-booked my next appointment which I'm looking forward too. I'll add that I am very picky. I was getting my lashes done by a gal I loved for the last year, but her location was just too far for me to keep going to every 2 weeks. I tried another gal in Tacoma, but just wasn't in love with what she did, and I didn't feel like she listened to what I wanted. Their lashes are really soft and fluffy but they don't last long at all especially for how much you pay for your lashes.. the lashes aren't as full towards the end of the session and begin to start falling out immediately.. and it's understandable that people come late because of really bad weather conditions and traffic but they don't work with you so if your appointment is for example, an hour and half long and they only work on your lashes for let's say an hour or 45 mins, then you still half to pay for the full hour and a half session even if they did half the work (which is actually a rip off especially since my lashes aren't filled completely and STILL have to pay for the entire session, honestly might as well cancel and show up another day)... the girls are great though but definitely wouldn't be a place Id recommend if you're looking for long lasting lashes especially for the price you pay for read more
