I was really disappointed with my visit yesterday. First, the service felt very rushed, and second, I was only given one option for gel colors and told that was all you had. I've been there several times before, so I know there are usually more options available. I understand I arrived around 5:50-6:00 pm, but customers shouldn't be accepted if they're going to be rushed or treated poorly. I came in ready to pay for a service, not to feel like an inconvenience. I originally wanted a full set, but the experience left me not wanting to continue or return. I'm not someone who typically complains, which is why this is especially disappointing. I've always recommended your salon to others, but after this experience, I'll definitely have to reconsider. Worst customer service!!!!! DON'T come here if you enjoy great hospitality service. I'm leaving this review due to poor communication and extremely unprofessional customer service! Before leaving my mom for her pedicure, I showed the nail tech a reference photo of exactly what she wanted and asked for the price. After seeing the picture, I was quoted $55 total, broken down as: - 2 acrylic big toes - gel polish on the rest - color remover At no point was I told that the basic spa pedicure steps (soak, scrub, dead skin cleaning) were not included in that price. While my mom was there, she called me saying those services were not being done. I called the salon to clarify and was told they were not included, which was never explained beforehand. When I said I was confused because I had not been told that, the nail tech insisted, "Yes, I told you," which was not true. During that same call, the price also suddenly changed from $55 to $60, even though I was clearly quoted $55 before leaving. When I arrived to pick my mom up, I calmly explained that the issue wasn't the price -- it was the lack of communication. Instead of de-escalating, apologizing, or acknowledging possible miscommunication, the staff remained defensive and dismissive. When I asked to see a pricing menu, the front cashier "Su" aggressively pointed at a screen showing only the total, not a breakdown of services. Only after pushing further was I shown a menu that still did not align with what I was verbally quoted. The front cashier (name tag: Su) was especially rude -- no greeting, no explanation, and when I waited for my receipt, she said "What do you need?" in a hostile tone. I had to directly ask for my receipt. This experience could have been resolved easily with basic customer service skills and clear pricing upfront. Unfortunately, my experience yesterday was not up to the standard I've come to expect -- especially considering how great my first visit was. From the start, things felt off. I was seated in Chair 5, and there was a water pitcher sitting in the pedicure bowl, and the liner looked like it had already been used. Once the technician removed the pitcher, she filled the bowl with freezing cold water -- and since it was a rainy day, this made sitting with my feet soaking in it for about 10 minutes even more uncomfortable. The technician didn't seem welcoming or friendly, and she appeared put off when I asked for a specific color and gel. While I understand the nail color choice (milky white) wasn't the best fit for me -- that part's on me -- the overall attitude and lack of care really impacted my experience. To make matters worse, there was no foot massage, and she didn't even rub my feet -- only my legs, very briefly. This was disappointing, as the massage is usually a relaxing and enjoyable part of the service. I left feeling frustrated and honestly unsure if I'll be returning, which is unfortunate because I work so close and had recommended your salon to others. But recently, I've been hearing similar feedback from people I referred -- that the service just isn't living up to expectations or price point. It was my first time in. I requested a fill. My nails were already shaped almond, and they charged me to "shape" my nails. I've never heard of such a ridiculous thing in my life. My mom came with me her nails were already round, and they charged her for her "shape" as well. They also charged for our nail files. I guess that's fine, but I would like to know in advance that you guys can't cover the cost of your own tools. I would have chosen to leave had they told me this all in advance. This was an extra $14 for the shape of our nails that were already shaped and to cover your tools for the job I'm already paying $50 for. I will not return. Reply to manager Jon: Nothing was disclosed up front. Matter of fact after I paid I thought "that was expensive" so I asked for a receipt. The girl gave me a receipt without the break down so I asked what I was charged for. That's when she disclosed the "shape" of my nails which was already that shape when I arrived. It wasn't a full set which would take more time to "shape" but would still be an absolute ridiculous charge. So I asked what shape is free? She stated "square". Most absurd thing I've ever heard of. And as for the "sanitation" I'd like to know up front. They used a "used" foot scrub for the dead skin on my heals which seems more gross than a nail file. I would like that disclosed up front. Unfortunately I came here religiously. I don't think that I will be back. I asked for a flower on my pedicure and they gave me something that looks like two eyeballs. Last time I was there I got Gel X put in and that was an ordeal. So I did that and they told me that next I come that I should get a fill with builder gel... so that's what I asked for! Well... they charge for shape, length, color, etc etc..... so I want to say I'm not cheap at all but I ended up paying $163.00 for toes that look like a toddler did them and thick nails. Be careful when doing business with this company as they will choose the wrong customer to bill if someone else misses an appointment. Poor customer service and poor communication. Our first and last time going to United lashes. We did reach out twice to ask for a remedy to the poor performance but they have not responded. I want to believe that we just had some untrained and new techs. While very nice, my tech cut but didn't file my nails at all leaving jagged edges. She immediately cut my cuticle deep, causing it to bleed, and then stopped without doing any additional cuticle work or filing. I asked if she was going to round out the sharp edges and she assured me she would but then did not. Jagged edges were left for the painting process causing the finished result to chip. The nail polish she applied was dried out and had a tacky texture causing it to clump on the nail. I pointed out the irregularity but she told me she would fix. Then didn't. She painted hair into the nail and left it. I asked her to fix again and she wiped all my nails with acetone instead of fixing the one nail, covering all my toes in nail polish residue and then globbing the polish on again overpainting the nails onto the skin and then trying to clean it up after with acetone. I had to go home and clean all the excess polish off my toe skin. My nails have sharp and irregular shape and there are still non smooth irregular layers of paint. I left them alone after cleaning off the polish from my toe skin because I was told someone would contact me but after following up twice they still have not responded. I'm really disappointed. The chairs and environment was great so we thought we had found our new spot but unfortunately the skill level was not there neither was the accountability nor follow up. read more

I showed a picture and the lady was very short, huffing and puffing, and when I pointed out that it wasn't what I asked for she got upset. Every nail looks different and opposite of each other. Went in to get a manicure done today. Not unusual as I've been going here since October. Last time was a terrible experience as the guy who did my nails cut me, wiped his sweaty hands all over mine, and was using his own finger nail to scrape my nail bed. Brushed it off and came back thinking this time will be different. I was getting a manicure done by Hunh or whatever his name is, I brought my little cousin with me who was getting a manicure done by Anna. Well both of the staff decided it was funny to make fun of my eczema (a medical condition I'm embarrassed of) and at one point Anna said "do you need oil" to the guy doing my service and they laughed like it was funny. She kept staring at my hands and laughing and saying rude things about my hands. What they failed to realize is 1. Eczema is typical upon people ESPECIALLY during winter and spring seasons. 2. I work in healthcare so I always wear gloves, which triggers my eczema as well. 3. NONE OF THEM WERE WEARING GLOVES but are so concerned about my dry skin, are they even concerned of germs that are on anyone's hands? Especially if you're doing a service with sweaty hands you should be wearing gloves. Never will be back again!!! read more

Tried this new nail place and was excited they were offering a 40% off second service deal since I needed a pedicure and my nails done. Got the services - pedicure was great, I did dip on my nails but she cut my cuticles on 3 different nails. When I checked out they applied the discount, and I left a good tip. A day later they called and said they forgot to add on the gel for the pedicure and then charged my card the extra $18. That amount should've been discounted as part of the second service, so now I paid more for the services after everything. As a business owner myself I would've just left it because it would've been a hassle to get the customer back and apply the discount - I would've wanted a returning customer that referred others to go there then just going ahead and charging the customers card anyway. My husband and I visited this place on Sunday (my 4th time there) and the service, was excellent! Total was $179 and gave a $40 tip. However, on today Wednesday, while at work I had multiple notifications from USAA of my card being declined at the United Lashes & Nails Bar. They were trying to charge my card without my permission (4 declined transactions because I used my phone (and Face ID) for payment which conceals my actual card). I contacted the salon very politely to ask why they were trying to process a transaction without me being there and the lady I spoke to said because the employee who checked us out on Sunday, didn't charge us enough!. Ma'am, had you called and talk to me first ( yes they have my phone number), I would've absolutely been understanding of the situation and gladly paid the difference but trying to go into my bank account via my card without my permission! You have now lost 2 customers. This review is not to deter you from experiencing the excellent services but to bring light to the sketchy business practices. Nonetheless, I will go pay the difference even though it's not technically my fault for being "under charged" (that's just me, I like good Karma) but will under no circumstance, return to the establishment. If your staff gave the wrong change to a client, it would be wrong for the client to keep the incorrect change but unethical for your staff to try and recoup the money from the customer's card on file in your POS without their knowledge which is exactly what you tried to do with me. I never received a call from your establishment regarding the situation. I called to investigate and asked why didn't I receive a call. When I spoke to your employee, she told me "I was going to call after it cleared from your bank but it wouldn't go through it kept declining".
