I came in to this salon on 06/04/24. I wanted a toe color change and new acrylic gel set. Everything was great until the acrylic gel set. The lady had put the tips on and cut them down to length. She started to file them into almond shape that I asked for. After she filed the second nail, she showed me and asked if I liked it. I liked the length before she started filing, but once she filed the two nails, she went in on the length and I just wasn't happy with it. I wanted them longer for the shape to look correct. So I responded to her, "no, can you make them longer." She then got very angry and screamed "NO". Then said, "IF YOU WANTED THEM LONGER WHY DID YOU TELL ME TO CUT THEM SHORT". I said I am sorry that is my bad. She then got up, slammed a bowl with acetone on the table for me to soak my nails in and got up and left and never came back. She proceeded to walk back and forth from the back room giving me disgusting looks???!! She sent a new lady to finish my nails and never came back. Just wanted to stare me down with her new client. All of the employees in the salon was staring at me and coming up to look at my nails in the bowl. I have always came here and never had an experience like this. I felt honestly humiliated and belittled for being honest when she asked if I liked them. Why ask me how I feel about them if your not willing to change it. I come to this salon and pay money to leave with something I am happy with. I did not ask her to change it after the acrylic was on, I asked her when she JUST put the tips on. The glue on my nails had not even set yet. It was not much to ask, as I thouroughly understand the process nails take. I have asked this before at a nail salon when I wasn't happy with the shape/style and they had no issue fixing it for me. She SCREAMED those words at me and made me very small as a person for absolutely no reason. This is not how you treat paying customers, and I will never come here again after how I have been treated. Which is extremely sad because I have come here for years. The owner and all employees in the salon heard and saw what happend and it was very disappointing for the owner to have nothing to say about her disgusting behavior towards a client. He himself even came up to the bowl to look at my nails and talk about me instead of correcting his employee who just had screamed and harassed me for no reason. I will never recommend this salon to anyone due to the amount of disrespect I felt. The lady decided to take it personally I guess when I wanted my nails fixed. This might genuinely be the worst nail service i've ever had, I ask this woman for plain white toe nail polish and she proceeds to give me white french tip and charge me for them also she rounded my toe nails to make them literally look like helmets after I walked in with perfectly straight toe nails, ho this ain't football. Aswell as charging me 35$ extra for french tips on my acrylic set after telling me it would be a 15$ up charge, not to mention i look like i have thick talons please do not come here you will regret it. They were better in the past. Quality service has went down and prices up. I had a fill in, pedicure and eyebrows. They charged me three dollars because I wanted my nails about a 1/4 th inch shorter. I went to get a mani pedi. While there I noticed a girl take her tools and put them in one of the plastic packages that are used for the autoclave (that sterilizes instruments) and then she put that in her bag, not in the autoclave. About a week after being there I developed ringworm on my leg (calf area) where they put the hot towels around. I am assuming they don't wash their towels or sterilize instruments. This ringworm has spread to several other places on my leg and it's not cheap to buy all the creams and washes, not to mention the disinfectants for the house to kill the fungus which can live on surfaces for months (12-20months)!!! When I arrived, I was not greeted. I let the man and woman behind the counter know I had an appointment with Kim (I was 15 minutes early). They took a walk-in group of people ahead of me. When I reminded them of my appointment, the man said Kim is doing someone from the group's nails. So, I could either wait or have Kevin do my nails. Some of my nails look like they were done 1 week ago. When brought to their attention, they started talking about why the polish is close to the cuticle. pedicure was okay. Walked in Tuesday evening (10/09) to get a mani pedi - after waiting a substantial time with my feet soaking in lukewarm water, my pedicure began. Everything went smoothly until a second person came over to begin my manicure. My nails began to soak and cuticle remover was applied. I'm then informed that the woman doing my manicure can no longer do it and leaves me with cuticle remover all over my hands and walks away. I finished my pedicure with my hands on a washcloth in my lap so I didn't get the cuticle remover all over myself. Rant: I bite my nails, very badly. It is because i have very bad anxiety, and my way of coping is by biting them. Yes, i understand that it is my fault for the way that they look, it's my fault they don't look that good. But, i try to let them grow. i try to not bite them, but it just doesn't happen. You charge people set prices for your work. you don't speak english to your customers, which i don't care about. but what i do care about is when i can tell you are talking about me. So, moral of story, DO NOT spend your money at Lush Nail Bar. they are very rude. they don't have good customer service, and they talk about you in a different language while pointing directly at you, and then ask you "do you like how nails taste?," "is the taste of nails yummy?" to mimic and criticize you. instead, go to Image Nail Salon in Thomas Crossroads. The employees there are amazing, and very understanding if you do bite your nails, because they make you feel like you can somehow make them better. read more

Three of us went for pedicures and all three pedicures lacked a standard service; no hot towel for one, no massage for another, and a $15 up charge for callus remover for another. First of all the pedicure technician rolled her eyes at me when my chair was broken and I couldn't pull the chair in closer like she wanted. Then was sassy with me saying my polish wouldn't dry right if I didn't move my feet. She left me sitting at the pedicure station while I was supposed to be getting a manicure. Someone else came over to ask me why I was still sitting there. The same pedicure technician asked if I "changed my mind" to get a manicure. Um no. When I came in I said clearly I wanted both. She was a mess and sloppy. She barely filed my nails. She was cleaning the pedicure sink while my feet were still in it. Along with dumping acetone into the sink while my feet were still in there!! I would say by the way this place looks I expected more. It was really early when I visited so I was in and out. It probably only took 30 minutes to come in, get me and my friend toes done and eyebrows. I wouldn't recommend getting my eyebrows done here because she totally messed up my arch. I have tried this place a few times. They always cut up my cuticles and the SNS never lasts but a few days. They don't go all the way down to the cuticle either when applying SNS, so it looks like it has already grown out the day you have it done. I am done this time! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! Hands down one of the best nail places I've been to in Newnan. I live in Indiana, and I am very picky about who I let do my nails. I was in town for a wedding in November and this is where we chose to go. I was in awe with how detail oriented my pedicure lady was. She took her time but did an amazing job and it was very relaxing. I also received a acrylic fill in which was just as good. Throughout the whole process I never felt rushed, and I felt they really paid attention to details and to my specific request. I came back the first of the year and had an even better experience than I did the first time around. This time my services were both done by a man, and he did phenomenal. You really have to be careful where you spend your money. On several different occasions I've gave this location a chance and each time I'm proved why I should never come back. Well 8/17/22 prove exactly that. I got my toes done and I get overlays on my big toes. When I called a week prior to my appointment I left a message where I told them my overlay was lifting and I wanted it removed. Fast forward to the day I came in for my service, I told them again I wanted it removed and I was told they could work around it and get it taken care of. I said okay and thought everything was okay, well 3 hours later the whole overlay came off. I called but they were closed, I went in the next day and explained what happen and was still charged!!!!! The owner told me, so what if I called I need to physically go to the nail tech and tell them what I want because some don't know who to do it, he began getting argumentative and didn't take the time out to hear anything I was telling him. This is where I got upset and when. I was disrespected and they tried their hardest to not understand where I was coming from. This was my second time at Lush Nail Bar -- went in yesterday 9/27 around 12:15p to get a new set of acrylics with SNS. The staff is friendly enough but the quality, in my opinion, is lacking. This is a pic of my right hand just 24 HOURS after getting them done. Three out of five nails, the worst being my thumb, the polish/SNS is cracked. The left hand isn't as bad but I'm just very disappointed that this is the result after just 24 hours. The nail tech (cannot remember his name) didn't clean the under side of the nail either so there was excess SNS & glue remaining. My usual nail tech was out of town and I was in desperate need of a fill in, so I came here after a recommendation. The decor is very pretty and spa-like. However; I'm not sure how experienced the techs are. I went through 3 different techs after asking for an ombré nail design (which I would've been fine if they said they were unable to do it.. I just like different stuff and figured I would ask). They were unable to do the ombré so I got basic French tips. The last nail tech did a decent job on the shape of my nails however, I had one broken in a day and another one broke in the next week. Went to my usual tech in ONE week. Waste of money. Might give them another try as a treat for my daughters seeing as they had separate kid area for pedis but for a "real" nail place for me, it's a no go. read more

I am out of town and thought I would get a mani and pedi. I wanted my pedi first so the polish could dry and chose to not have it done all at the same time. Hanna, who did my pedi, said the polish would be dry. However, 1 hr later when I put shoes on the polish ran. I went back to get it touched up and Hanna seemed to be annoyed. She had me sit at the table with a fan but didn't checkup on me or even assist me with how the table worked. No one seemed to care that I had troubles or to welcome me back. I was staying in Georgia for leisure and I was looking for a nail salon as I'm from California and all the salons are closed due to COVID-19. This salon was right near my hotel so I gave it a shot. I called and made an appointment just to be sure they had availability. I got a gel fill and pedicure, my mom got a mani/pedi and my sister received a fill. The salon was very clean and we were seated right away. It was great experience the lady that did my pedi took her time and was asking to make sure she was doing a good job on the gel polish for my toes. Which she did a very good job. The lady that did my fill was nice and got right to work. I am very pleased. The prices were a tad bit higher than what I'm used to paying but we were thoroughly pleased. It took me awhile to post this review as I had forgot the name of the salon so the pictures I posted are about a week and half after my service. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I normally go to the Lush in PTC but I work in Newnan so i discovered this one. I always get SNS and the nail tech already wasn't doing a great job but I didn't say anything until she started on my right hand and i noticed she did not put the base coat on. I mentioned it and she continued to put the color on. I brought it up again and she went to get the manager who immediately told me he wasn't going to believe me because the tech said she did it so he's taking her word over mine. I felt extremely disrespected because I only wanted to know if her not putting the base on would affect my nails later on and I still never managed to get the question answered. I ended up getting the remaining nails soaked off and was threatened to have to pay for the set I never got. I will never be returning. read more

I'm a regular at this store and have gone twice a month for a year. It can be a hit or miss with the customer service. Some days it's exceptional and others I leave feeling like my hands were abused. However the wax job I had today was unacceptable l. I left today with what appears to be burns from the wax. The lady nervously kept telling me how red my face was getting. I have no allergies and don't consider myself to have sensitive skin. These photos were taken 5 hours after leaving the store, which normally means redness would be gone.
