Never Again!! I have visited this location before and had a good experience so I thought it would be safe to come back but during this visit I was very disappointed with the service I received. I asked and showed a picture of how I wanted my nails to look. Just a simple full set with black French tip. These pictures was results of how they came out. HORRIBLE. After showing the manager and requesting for them to be redone, yet again they could not preform a simple French tip look. I walked out after spending almost 2 hours there with just a basic color of pink and not even 24 hours later the gel polish is starting to chip and fade. Don't waste your money or time!! read more

I was so pleased with my experience just now. I got a pedicure gel polish eyebrows and everything was done to a T and they were very helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend coming here. I loved the outcome of my nails! My set is perfect, perfect shape, beautiful color (regular polish like I prefer), and just overall good customer service. Trinity made sure that I was comfortable with the length, shape, and color of my nails, she even asked about my preference for the thickness of the acrylic. I went in yesterday for a manicure and pedicure and when I tell you I could've done my nails myself... I wasted $50 and have nothing to show for it. To make matters worse, my manicure is clear nail polish which one would assume would dry smoothly for me but instead they're all kinds of ridges and bumps in my polish. My nails were not filed properly and continue to snag on everything that they touch. The owner seems nice, but she really needs to reconsider the quality of the service they provide. read more

HORRIBLE. Do NOT go to this salon. Go literally anywhere else. I never write reviews, BUT I have to say that they were extremely rude and disrespectful. Made comments and banter as they did my pedicure and gathered around me speaking their foreign language clearly commenting on my toenails, which are naturally thicker than maybe others- nothing that should be new to a professional nail tech. The man doing my toes grabbed his stuff and walked away because I asked him to just cut my toenails, reassuring him that it would not hurt me. He was making a big deal out of it and causing a scene and I wanted him to stop and respectfully proceed with my service. Another man came and loudly commented about a medicine I needed to use on my toenails to improve them, for the whole room to hear. Can you imagine?? The lady who finished my pedicure did the BARE minimum: no massage, no callus remover, nothing. I then went to do my hands and chose my color. They came back to ask me to show them and it was no longer there. I told them someone removed it and the rude man told me to "calm down" I told them it's fine I can use another color I just need to do my nails and go. He told me "OKAY YOU CAN GO. GO." Worst experience in a nail salon ever. Do not patronize this salon that tries to humiliate their customers and literally refused me service after being horribly rude and upsetting me-and even then, I did not react as I could have. I remained calm despite being very upset at my experience and they treated as if I were the aggressor. Awful. Zero stars. Please do not give them business. read more

I came in for a pedicure and sat right down only to wait for 45 minutes in a chair for someone to start my pedicure. After starting, the woman doing mine kept getting up to help other people. Poorly managed. She proceeded to tell me my toes are too small and when the gel polish I picked looked uneven and clumpy, she said it was mood changing polish. She was rushing through my entire pedicure making my toe bleed and painting my nails so fast that it looked like a 6 year old painted them. I decided to then ask for her to remove the polish so I could leave. I will definitely never return and do not recommend this place to anyone. read more
