She's friendly and is able to cut your hair according to whatever style you want it to be. She also understands how to cut Asian hair! On the other hand these Doctors noted, "if" bloodwork did indicate thyroid, autoimmune issues, iron deficiency, etc, the hair loss process usually is gradual. It may take months or even years. They were shocked how rapid my hair loss happened. Even a hair restoration office was in shock since they never had patients with this issue. My drastic hair loss happened in a span of 3 weeks. It slowly continued to fall after then. I ended up bald so I had made a decision to shave my head. Now. i am patiently waiting, praying hard and hoping my hair to grows back to how it was or better. I came to this salon in good faith. Never in my wildest dream did I think this will happen. Very disappointed. After shaving my head, I ended up buying several hair cover before eventually needing to invest on a wig. On top of that, I had to use minoxidil, buy hair supplements, etc. I notified the salon and talked directly to Andy. He didnt offer to shoulder some of the unexpected expenses I had to incur.
