After a couple of outragious estimates from people that either didnt want the work or thought we were idiots, we found Collins. Mrs Collins took our info and within a few days Mr Collins came out to survey the job. We had a very reasonable estimate in a few days. They were able to squeeze us in, as we were a relatively small job. The man they sent out was awesome. He worked nonstop for the entire day. The water needed to be turned off by an outside contractor. He arranged that and returned the next day when we could get the water off. Once that was done it was a short time, working in a very convined space, that the valve had been replaced. Both gentlemen were very professional and supplied me with some additional information about possible other issues that might arise.
