On the night of our arrival, the driver messages back to me that he is on another errand and will be there to pick us up as soon as he is done, should not take long. The driver was not there, we had to wait 45 min outside for his arrival, 47 min if you want to be technical about it. 7:30 we are outside, and 8:17 he arrives, eventually. I told the *owner* I wanted something more special than UBER, so I was contacting him to get a personal pick up, WRONG DECISION The car was a YARIS, and it had a HUGE wet stain in it and it was filthy. I was skeeved the whole drive. We should have called an uber. It was the WORST experience ever, I would NOT recommend this service, they took the cash and I am sure they did not even report it to the govt. *shrug* Buyer beware, do not use this service.
