They told me their boss would call me the next week. then they jumped in the truck and were quickly hauling out of there. Never heard from their boss. I guess finding the leak and installing a new well pump was a bridge too far for them.

We had a massive power surge that knocked out half our home for nearly two weeks. After three…read moreelectrical companies failed to resolve the issue (and one even proposed an expensive rewiring), we found Mikus Electric & Generators in Volo through a recommendation from Generac and that was the turning point. Mike, the owner of Mikus, sent his best electrician, Roger, the very next morning. Roger diagnosed the problem immediately, and said, "Give me 10 minutes." That's all it took. We had power again after 12 days of incompetent electricians. Mikus went on to correct additional electrical damage caused by the surge and previous poor workmanship. Mikus was excellent, super responsive, professional and got the job done right. I'll also add that they were very empathetic that we had no power in half the house for 12 days and our house needed immediate help. We won't work with anyone else moving forward.

We called Huemann Well (also great guys) to ask about chlorination but they were heavily booked and recommended AAA (great thing to do) but they said they were booked for two weeks and to call Huemann ! When I explained the situation John said he might squeeze us in as he'd be in the area. He called the next day, was three minutes out, came in and was very thorough checking the well tank, well, and helping my wife shutdown everything then did the chlorination explaining everything fully.
