I just left my first Healthy Back Yoga Wall class with Justin and I feel magnificent! My back feels so stretched and my entire body feels open and limber. Justin is a patient and caring instructor and you can tell he has such a great knowledge of the human body and spirit! He leads the class with such joy and a great sense of humor. It was such an enjoyable experience for anyone - even if you think yoga ain't your thing. Do yourself and your body a favor and go get on the Yoga Wall!

Jai Dee's location is in an old Bungalow and the yoga rooms have a warm ambience and are painted calming colors. Alicia led us through various breathing exercises, poses, stretches, and all the while assured everyone that whatever level they were achieving was wonderful! She explained what we were doing to our muscles and had a soothing , supportive voice the entire time. By the end of the class, both Troy and I felt like we had pushed ourselves and achieved the majority of the exercises. I will be returning for more classes and recommend Jai Dee for any level of yoga as they have a variety of classes/levels!

She walked us through the poses and encouraged use of the blocks and blanket to stabilize our bodies and minimize any discomfort. She explains the steps to properly achieve the poses and shows you what you'll be working on at the start of class. I look forward to returning again soon. It was just what I needed and felt so good doing each of the exercises. I totally need more yoga in my life! I bought a new student BOGO deal ($17 for 2 classes) to trial it. I can see myself going more often to aid my fitness routine.

The office is in the back and thats where the cubbies and stuff are. The two yoga instructors I've had so far, Debbie and Susana, have been really great! I particularly like Susana because she makes sure to address any injuries or limitations you may have and makes sure you dont hurt yourself. I found both classes to be challenging, relaxing and a great work out since I was sore the following day. The classes tend to be small with only about 5-8 students in each so you get a great atmosphere. The studio itself is big with lots of room to spread out while still being able to see the instructor. It is also aesthetically nice. The provide lots of props for use and mats. I really like this studio so far and look forward to taking more classes. I bought the 6 classes for $45 package which is for new students. They also offer a work program where you can work and earn free classes, which I hope to take part in to save money. So happy I joined and found a great studio with awesome instructors!

The classes were easy to sign up for and upon arriving I was welcomed and shown around even with me just being in town for the weekend. I did sign up for both classes and both instructors greeted and welcomed me in their classes. The classes were what I needed, challenging but modifiable as needed. I never felt out of place or uncomfortable in the studio surrounded by regulars. I would definitely head back here if I am in town are nearby again.
