I have been on this journey with Trinity Yoga for almost two years. During that time my experiences have brought me to a better place, a clearer understanding, and. inner peace. I've been going to Trinity yoga studio on and off for several years... my crazy schedule makes me not a regular. But I have to say the classes are wonderful. There is quite a variety from gentle all the way to ariel! The instructors are excellent and knowledgeable.., they do not push you they always offer alternatives to different moves for those with different ailments like back problems, knee problems.. ( me is vertigo issues) so I modify. And they suggest different modifications. When I leave the gentle yoga classes, I always feel so much more relaxed .. the tension of the day is gone. Yes, yes, yes, I'm excite I recently moved to the area and I'm happy I found a great yoga studio. This yoga studio is spacious and it's by far from stuffy it's a chill vibe totally judgement free. As you walk in there a small desk an one of the instructors will sign you in and answer any of your questions if you have any. They will explain to you what u need and for the yoga session such as blocks or straps etc. Today I did the heated stretch with Leslie, she was great her voice was strong but soothing, during the practice she would say some positive affirmations which was nice, inside of the yoga room there had these cute little lights hanging so the lighting is prefect. The instructor shut them off as the class was coming to an the end. I really enjoyed this yoga studio, I'll be back tomorrow. Okay so lately I've been attending the heated yoga with Ashly and it is such a good class I really look forward to going every week. read more

Trinity Yoga Studio is an amazing place to practice yoga. I mostly attend Leslie's Hatha Yoga, which gives me a great start to my week Leslie is awesome - I've learned so much from her. I've also occasionally gone to the Hot Power Yoga (now there's a workout if you need one!) and Heated Stretch and Align. All the instructors and the owner are so kind and warm and helpful. Was extremely pleased to find Trinity Yoga because they offer the Aerial Yoga class that I've been hoping to try for almost a year! Connie was amazing as an instructor and the class was exceptional in helping achieve the extra stretching and additional poses obtained by utilizing the aerial swing. I recently returned to Yoga following a neck injury. This studio is a gem! They are fantastic at working with individuals that have a physical limitation. The Mind Body app makes signing up for classes simple. Their 2 month trial pricing is unbeatable, and allows you ample time to try all their classes in order to assure this studio is right for you. We wanted to try this yoga studio out. My daughter is a gymnast and we wanted to increase her flexibility. We showed up 2 min late and the door was locked. No one answered the phone or came to tell us that we could not try it out. We saw someone inside and wanted to see if we could try it at a different time. No one even came to speak to us. Sure it is a wonderful class, but they need to work on their basic customer service skills. read more

Since I have been there, they have expanded the number and variety of yoga classes (a class for everyone!) offered as well as added a second room for classes.
