I recently discovered this place through Instagram and as a mom with a toddler who needs to get out of the house occasionally this place is perfect. I loved how the space is enclosed so you can keep an eye on your kids from anywhere. My son loves going down the slides and climbing up all the soft play areas and I can easily follow him in the big kid play area. I love how you can always spot an employee cleaning too. We usually go on weekdays before school gets out so there's only a handful of people there. Their prices are reasonable, and they even offer different tiers of memberships. I haven't got a chance to try their food but from talking to other parents who have eaten there, they say the food is good. They also offer reasonable birthday party packages and I will most likely be looking into it for my son's second birthday. read more

Really love the playground areas and the pizza is actually good but the cards to play the games have not worked the last 2 times we have been here which is great for my wallet but not for my grand kids ! Dropped in for the first time last week and Camila was so nice, professional, and patient. She went out of her way to provide an exceptional experience and we will definitely be back. My 1 and 3 year old had a great time. Luv 2 play has been on my list for a while but one of my friends told me it wasn't clean when she went a year ago. It seems that they are under new management or in the midst of revamping the place because it was clean, staff was nice, and the structures were in shape. My only complaint would be a bunch of things didn't work or were missing as if they took them out. My son and I love visiting Luv 2 Play, he always has so much fun! Chica always treats us with such kindness and excellent customer service and that makes our visits even more special. Took our daughter here to run around and play.. I'm glad my husband was with us because they had the baby section locked so bigger kids don't go in, sucks because you have to climb over to get in felt a little ghetto, staff there didn't look happy to be there, felt like poor management. My niece and nephews love this establishment! Our recent trip we had two adults and 3 kids, we were originally going to purchase individual passes but the ladies in the front advised us we would save money by purchasing the family deal. My children (and my husband and I, actually) had a great time. The play structure is huge, and they allow parents to go inside and play with their littles! Side note: it is spacious enough for adults to play comfortably! The prices are very reasonable, and the employees are friendly enough. They allowed us to get cups of water for free when ours ran out, which was much appreciated! Unfortunately, a lot of the equipment and many areas of the play structure are in disrepair, and I question how cleanly it is. I wore white socks and my socks were disgusting when we left. Touching different parts of the play structure also left a very noticeable film on your hands. Also, since there are no shoes allowed, it would be nice if they provided crocs or something similar for when you go into the bathroom. Going into the bathroom with socks is just yucky! So, in summary there are issues with cleanliness and equipment in disrepair, but we had fun and I would still go back. Hopefully the next time we visit, they will have made some improvements! read more

If I could give this place negative starts I would. If you care about your kids and their health, don't come here!!! I understand if facilities are outdated, that's fine, but it's the service and care for hygiene that worries me. There are crumbs all over the floor and no one bothers to clean that lil kids pick up stuff and eat them. When we came here the door was stuck and lady had to help up pry the door open. Then they had a sign that the bathroom was closed -_-. Their only bathroom. We had two kids. How did they expect adults and young ones to handle that? Do yourself a favor and go to monkeyin around. Despite seeing both positive and negative reviews, I truly believe you need to come experience it for yourself rather than just relying on what you read. Jackie and Chica at the front desk were both incredibly friendly and helpful--they greeted me and my family with warm smiles and amazing customer service. They made us feel very welcome right away. This place has no supervision, kids running around unsupervised. Big Kids running down and up the slide while little kids are still sliding. Kids are argue and fighting with other kids. I'm assuming there has been parents getting into it over there kids here because of the wild activities. If you do come definitely don't come during the wkend. Ghettofied. Update like 3 days later: So my sis reached out to corporate and the head manager at that branch about that same day for a refund (like partial) of some sort and unfortunately there's no partial refunds or compensation I guess!?! BUT they'll allow my niece/her daughter a free pass to go and play up until I believe 2 months from now, with maybe some free food but... all in all it's a bad and cheap management decision. It's just okay but not for my young child. My son is 1 and he didn't like how loud it was. They blast the music so loud and of course, kids are running around screaming. It's not that clean, my socks are hella dirty (socks only facility for everyone) and it smells like dirty kids hahaha. It's affordable- $5 and kids under 5 are free. They have specials for siblings. Luv2Play is an amazing place to bring your kids, especially if you have a child with autism. The staff, particularly Suzanne and Ivan, are so attentive, kind, and truly understand the needs of children with special needs. Suzanne, in particular, has been wonderful during some of the more challenging moments. When my child has a meltdown, she always comes over, talks to her, reassures her, and even helps her transition to a different area to play or calms her down with a snack. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and the overall empathy they show makes Luv2Play a safe and welcoming space for kids of all abilities. This place is fucking filthy. The floors are disgusting and are sticky everywhere. The toys are also dirty with literal dirt on them. They have these foam Mats down but they are all coming up which is a falling hazard for kids learning to walk. The workers are very rude. I know not everyone loves their job but the fact they work around kids they should change their tone. The place is falling apart, the mats in the ground are sticking up and uneven the kids are falling or tripping all the time. A lot of there toys they have are broken or missing pieces. My almost 3 year old nephew loves coming here for the cool play areas. They have one giant jungle gym type area for older kids, a medium play area that's closed off for toddlers, and a smaller area for infants. They offer monthly membership for $28, which includes unlimited entry/play times for one child and two adults can accompany. I tagged along and as an additional adult, it was about another $15. They have a food court that offers your basic snacks like pizza, chips and soda. There is also an arcade area that you pay for per game--almost like chucky cheese or Dave & busters. I was bummed to see that some of the games were out of order. The staff is pretty friendly but also look like they'd rather be somewhere else. Cleanliness could be better. I'm glad socks are required and that they offer socks for purchase if you don't come in with any. I would've loved to see this place at its prime, but as long as my nephew continues to like coming here, we will continue to enjoy watching him have fun. read more

Seems short-staffed, when I walked in the lady at the counter wasn't as nice/welcoming as I expected her to be and she didn't seem to want to help us . The mats are pretty dirty but the play place is fun - a little unsafe for taller people (kinda easy to bump your head), you have to take your shoes off and they have to stay off from the moment you register. The pizza is surprisingly good but the drinks are quite small and more than two dollars each. In order to pay the games there is a separate fee. Not as clean of a place as I'd like it to be.
