LUV IS LAME! Car wash ripped off plastic trim panel on my Honda CRV and staff member gave ZERO effort to help me retrieve it. I literally heard it loudly get pulled off 2/3 of the way through. It was toward the end of the evening and not even busy and the staff member was way more interested in the music he was listening to in his air pods and closing up for the night rather than providing a reasonable level customer service. Damage was done to my car that could've been easily remedied! All you had to do was simply help me retrieve the panel. Easy day and life goes on. Instead you lose my family's service for good where I tell this cautionary tale to everyone I know. And I'm out $76 for the replacement part I had to order. Frustrating experience as a member for nearly 2 years. The Fernandina Beach location constantly has issues with broken or malfunctioning equipment--on May 20, 2026, the entire left side of the wash was down. While I have used several of your Jacksonville locations without problems, the Fernandina Beach branch is incredibly disappointing. Driving 25 miles to get my car washed, only to find parts of the wash tunnel out of order, is extremely frustrating! If you are considering a car wash in the Fernandina Beach/Yulee area, I highly recommend looking elsewhere besides Luv's. When I canceled my membership, Manager Anthony handed me my cancellation ticket with a smile without an apology. Given his reaction, I'm betting he is getting used to dealing with disappointed customers. read more

Apparently we all get a form letter response with no action to fix the machine as the same issues I've had 2 weeks ago are still issues for other customers only a few days ago. We will be cancelling our two top tier memberships. read more

The top brushes do not touch my hood. My truck hood and tailgate wasn't cleaned. Sides still had dirt in some places. Very poor job of cleaning your car. That's with the top tier price. read more

I have been coming to this car wash since it open, it's went down hill bad. I went through this evening with my new vehicle and it cracked my driver side bumper and destroyed my 2 front rims. Since this place open I had my ram 2500, f250 and Tesla through it and it was always great. Now every rotating brush is off by timing, mechanics that bring your car through the wash is at high speed which is terrible and the rim cleaner or wheel cleaner destroy your car. The 2 horizontal cleaning brushes didn't even touch my car and I took a video. Absolutely a disaster, stay away. read more

The Yulee location has had 35% of its brushes either inoperative or missing. I inquired with the staff manager and was told "I've got the repair orders in but they refuse to fix the machinery. If this situation doesn't get corrected in a month I will be canceling both my monthly service agreements. read more

Been driving on the beach and wanted to give my truck a quick clean. Luv Car Wash fit the bill perfectly. Did a good job on the truck, and the amenities afterwards like air hose and towels were exactly what I needed. Staff was top notch! Highly recommend. read more

I generally avoid car washes that have brushes touching my vehicle for fear of paint scratching but their system seems like a new brush design and I am very satisfied with the wash. It didn't completely clean the rear door of my suv but they had clean rags and window cleaner that took care of that. The vacuums were very strong and all in all I would highly recommend this car wash. read more

I switched to Luv after struggling to be able to get to the car wash during their hours. This one is a little better, but there have been a number of times I've made the trip and they were closed; rain, repair, etc. It would be nice to get a message when it's down like they do to remind you to use the car wash. Also it would be cool if you got the best was on your birthday! read more

So this crooked company is bad. Management is afraid to get on phone and has employees lying to customers. Called and cancelled membership August 27th. Company took payment from my account September 20th. I notified them on September 23rd requesting refund. They did everything to avoid refunding my money. Called back and they finally stated they would refund my money and it would take 3-5 days to post to my account. Called back after 5 days and asked for manager, still hiding, and the employee stated it would take up to 10 days to post. I asked for a transaction number but they said they cannot provide that. I called back today and the employee said they are waiting for manager approval (for the refund I was told was issued 10 days ago). I again requested to talk to the manager but still not available. I asked for the owners contact information. It is not the employee's fault that the manager is jerking me around through the poor employee. So if there are any mangers with integrity out there or the owner, stand up and contact me. read more

So a "manager" called and tried​ to blame this failure in the third party company that answers all phone calls. They respond with what they are told. Then he tries to blame me ​for his failure. So after telling me thre​e times, he refunded my money yesterday. The owner really need to hire people that have communication skills and possibly older that this guy. read more

We pre-scrubbed the tough bugs off of the mirrors and front bumper, so those were the inky clean spots on the car after going through the wash. None of the brushes in the wash touched our car, so it was a $20 touch less wash in the end. I watched other cars going through while we vacuumed and for some the brushes moved into the car and for others they did not. Since the brushes didn't move, no contours were cleaned on the front, sides, or back. The roof line along the windshield just collected the dirt and pollen that rinsed off of the roof. We had to go to a gas station and clean the windshield when we left. The vacuums did work and it was nice to have cloths and windex handy, but we did not see floor mat cleaners. Prep station was a plus.. As well as the towels and window cleaning solution... The back of the car rarely gets attention unless you prep before entering the wash... Along with the lack of a mat washing station kept my review from a 5 star rating... As with any automated car wash, there will be minor misses... But I drive a white car and it gets it pretty clean... read more

Car wash itself was OK, did leave a little soap but that may be my car. The real issue is that the drying areas are not covered so you either dry really fast with towels to avoid spotting or you are in the rain. There is also no air blower to get water out of crevices and such so that means you spend more time with the towels to do a good job of drying. The air blower also helps with cleaning crevices inside the car. I know it's not a detail job but competition has these things plus bigger drying towels. Its not bad but it does cost more than competition and has less amenities. read more

Went to LUVS for one car wash, only to learn later that they had charged my card multiple more times. Upon investigation, I learned that they had signed me up for their monthly plan, which I did not consent to. They refused to give me any refund. They could not show proof of where I consented and instead tried to convince me what a bargain it will be if I start to use the service they signed me up for without my permission. (True sign of a scam artist= try to convince you they are offering you a great deal instead of stealing from you). I was able to block them from any future usage of that card but got no refunds from them. I made a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Per the BBB, LUVS refused to respond to their multiple inquires on the matter. That tells me that they have ZERO records of me signing up and they are in fact scammers. If they had a record of me signing up for extra services, they would surely show it and clear their name. Do NOT go to LUVS. read more
