On our way to a doctors appointment our tire started loosing air. We had to find somewhere to fix the tire quickly so we stopped. Bruce told us he could get us in, the husband dropped us off for my daughter's appt and he took the truck to be repaired. We come from Valdosta, GA and with needing to make sure the tire would hold they were so nice to us and understood. The truck was done by the time our appt was over. The cost was very minimal and made it easy on the pocket. Very nice people will recommend them to anyone and they do much more than tires. read more

I once tried to have a tire replaced here and they told me it would be 1 week until they would even receive the tire. Once they received the tire I waited nearly 3 hours in the lobby without having my tire replaced. My appointment was scheduled. When I arrived at the scheduled time everyone else arriving at the same time had their tires done first. When it was finally time for my tire replacement a very heavy set Caucasian man simply stopped working. I made issue over his work stopage and the manager was so offended he ordered my old tire to be placed back on my vehicle and stopped servicing my tire. When I asked locals what the hell was going on they replied everyone in the Area moved on island time. Wtf does that even mean? Sounds like a redefinition of being lazy. Horrible place. read more

Traveling through Kingsland , GA and I happened upon some bad luck and unexpectedly got a flat tire in the middle of a rain storm the previous evening about 2 miles down the road near the Days Inn. After dealing with the nonsense of getting a tow truck in the area, Bruce (the tire kingdom manager) quickly and easily got me back on the road. I was with my son and my old yellow lab and Bruce was so kind and accommodating even bring us a rubber mat for my dog to lay on as well as some water for Buddy while we waited. I got 2 new tires and a couple new lug nuts for just over $300.00- not a bad price. read more

Several weeks ago I brought my car to Tire Kingdom in Kingsland, Georgia. All work was completed and my tires were rotated. Today, I brought my car back for them to check a tire that was loosing air. They asked me for my tire lock. I told them that I did not have it as they were the last to use it 3 weeks ago during the tire rotation. The clerk told me that they usually give it back to the customer in a " little bag". I was not given a bag and we searched the entire car; no tire lock. Their solution was for me to buy a new lock as they took no responsibility. Totally unacceptable. In the past 10 years, I had great, reliable service at this location. Unfortunately, the former responsible employees are no longer here. Beware, this place is not what is used to be. read more

SHELL GAMES UNDERWAY! The guys here have been helpful in the past with smaller jobs and I was confident I'd be treated fairly and honestly. Shopped around online and ordered (4) tires on the Tire Kingdom website at a great price, paid the $25 down to reserve online, and my appointment was scheduled. On the morning of the appointment, tires are ready and installed as expected. However, the amount billed was considerably more than quoted online. (even with TPMS install and balancing taken into consideration). Upon closer examination of the in-store receipt, the online ordered tire price was $60 less for the (4) tires and included an installation fee of $60. When paying the balance due in store, the counterperson "waived" the $60 installation fee, but without telling me raised the price of the (4) tires by $60 and charged a balancing fee of $80. When confronted, they played it off as that was the $60 installation "waive" difference as if it all made perfect sense. I've concluded that this store is padding their sales figures for internal reasons by doing this. Additionally, the extra $60 is taxable so the customer is paying an extra $4-$5 in taxes on the inflated tire prices over what the quoted and reserved online price was. As far as the balancing fee, it wasn't on the online quote, but installation was. Finally, the taxes are not listed on the invoice, so the line-item totals do not match the final total, and the difference calculated for taxes appears to be more than 7.5%, even though Camden County GA state+local sales tax is only 7%. When asked about this, I was told by counter person "nobody has ever brought this up" but when pressed, counterperson then stated there were "only 6 or 7 people who have brought it up" and "there was nothing they could do about it". What a mess. Will seriously reconsider ever going back here again if these shell games are the standard. read more

My experience started off good then turned bad when I picked up my truck. I bought 4 new tires; the price was 1957.00. I had to replace the tires as the ones that were on the rims were to big for my fender wells. I informed the technician I wanted them returned to me. "No problem we don't want them." I returned to pick my truck up to see they were not in the bed of the truck and I questioned the technician "shop manager" about it. He said oh they were trash. These tires had maybe 1000 mile on them. So I ask them to load them in my truck then they proceeded to say "your son needs to get back here and help load these tires" so I got in the bed of the truck to help load them and that is when he decided to do HIS JOB and load them. By the way my son that was sick at the time. I think he just wanted to start a fight with him because he didn't want to start one with me, THE CUSTOMER AND THE ONE THAT WAS PAYING $2,000. for their service. Needless to say I was very unsatisified with the service I received from this shop as I guess they had a buyer for the tires they took off my truck and was furious when I told them I wanted them. Too bad there is no way to contact the coroporate office or I would! This happened in May 2022. How conveint they don't even "ticket" this in my name and placed it in my son's name even though it was my truck my credit card "with them" I dropped it off and picked it up. Why was it not in MY NAME! I also found out that these tires could have been purchased for about half the price from another shop. NOW I FIND OUT! read more

I made an appointment online with Tire Kingdom for a tire rotation. When I arrived, they said their computer system had double booked mine with someone else's. I offered to come back later but they said no, they could still take me. An hour later, my car was all set. They also didn't try to tell me that I needed new tires like other places do when you're a female. They were very straightforward and honest about my car. And it was so reasonable! $17 for a tire rotation! (Still in shock after living in Hawaii where everything was super expensive). Definitely will return here for my tire needs! read more

Do not take your vehicle to Tire Kingdom in Fernandina Beach GA. I watched as the service tech put the wrong oil in my car instead of the premium synthetic I paid for! When I spoke to the manager he told me they would drain the oil and replace the filter as well and apologized for the mistake. Then I watched My car being driven away not 10 minutes later for test drive because I also purchased new tires and got a front end alignment. I asked the tech. You drained all the mistake oil out, replaced the filter, put in the correct oil in less than 10 minutes? He lied of course because, because I watched. But I wasn't going to stand there arguing or end up doing something I would regret from anger. Then the next day my ABS, Traction Control, and Lane change warning lights all came on, then they would turn on and off intermittently everyday i drove it for the last 2 to 3 weeks. I had to take my car to the dealership to find out why and get it repaired. Turns out, one of the wheel hub assemblies was bad. I was told it was probably damaged when the tires were put on! Bought 4 new tires less than a year ago. Two of them separated from the inside within 3 weeks of each other. I believe the tires are defective. I was told that it was my fault for not having tires realigned every THREE months. (Does ANYBODY have their tires realigned every three months?!?) The warranty only took $30 off of the price of replacing a defective tire. I'm not a happy camper. read more

I was driving to SC and my tire "gator backed" on 95 North bound at 10 Min to 8 pm I called explaining to Jerry that I still needed to put the spare on and would be 20 min till I get there he said "no problem we'll wait for you" I went like hell to get there. This was the ABSOLUTE worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic shop. I brought my car here to get a new tire after getting a flat because it was fairly close to my house. After waiting over an hour for my tire to be replaced I was given a broken lug nut and my car in a complete different condition than what it was initially in. One side of my car is dented and my hub cap is almost torn off. The other side where the tire was replaced is scratched up and a piece of the lug nut is still broke inside. If I had known that I was paying to have damage done to my car I would have never went there. When I asked to speak to the Manager I was given the run-around and I still have yet to be refunded nor has my car been repaired back to it's originally condition. Please go anywhere but here! The staff was very rude, very uncooperative, and now my car is in a worse condition than when I brought it there. I have never wrote a review before and I never planned on it before this experience. I hope this helps someone else to make a better choice then I did. read more

I was on my way to Ohio from Florida when a cap came off of my u-joint on my truck. I was not familiar with the area and was towed to this Tire Kingdom. I was told they would probably only be able to look at it that night. Ok, not a big deal, I hate changing u-joints anyway, so I was willing to wait until the next day to get it changed. I went next door to get somethings from Walgreens. I went back to get a card so I would have their number and the guy behind the counter said someone had looked at my, and they would need to change the drive shaft due to it ovaling out. The cap that came off was off of the part that attaches to the pumpkin on the truck. The drive shaft was fine. They said they wont know anything on a replacement until monday. I told them to give me my keys, and moved my truck to a parking lot that was close. I called a cab to take me to an auto parts store and bought a new u-joint, put it in myself, then then continued the 700 miles to Ohio. After this experience I would not have them fix a flat. I'll never stop at one of these places in the future, I'll just pay a 700 mile tow bill instead. read more
