The Eight Flags Autosports team found my ring!

Friendly and knowledgeable! My engagement ring slipped through the seat belt holes in the back seat. In less than 5 minutes the team popped up the seat and there it was! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

    2001 BMW Z3 Roadster
Bumper damage caused by Eight Flags Autosports

Today is the 24th of March and I'm writing a rant about 8 flags Autosports on 8th & Jasmine, FB Before all you "fans" of 8 flags jump on my case this is my experience, if you are happy with them, good for you. Yesterday I went and picked up my 2001 BMW Z3 convertible from 8 flags after leaving it there to have two things done. The top motor wasn't working and I needed two rear quarter panels reflector lens that I had already bought for $225 put on. I had looked on YouTube and saw it required removal of certain parts to install the lenses so my wife didn't want me to do it. The motor replacement was gonna be roughly $2600 so I told them forget the motor just do the lenses. Upon going there to pick up the car after paying the$95 (which is fair)and giving the mechanic a $5 tip . My wife noticed immediately the bumper was separated from the main body about 1/4 in. So I called this to the attention of the people that run the place. They said they didn't do it. I had the car detailed the day before so I have a witness (waterless car wash) that the car wasn't like that before. They stated that they glued the lenses on, which is not how a professional would do it to begin with. I could have done that myself. Here's the great professional job 8 flags did for me. Notice the gap and especially the dirt exposed. Do you think my wife or myself would not have noticed the gap and dirt ? 8 flags did this and refuse to admit their responsibilities and make It right. So you do what you think best. I will never use them again. Lived here 22 years and try to support local businesses but I will do my best to inform everyone I know including the golf association I belong to, retired Military organisation ,VFW, neighborhood and any others that ask. Shame on you for the shoddy work and then lying about it. By the way I asked for them to show me what they did she threw the money I paid in the trunk of my car and went inside. Be warned!

The shop kept my vehicle for approximately 14 months, and when it was returned, it was almost in worse condition than when I brought it in. Among the issues I discovered were a broken headlight, incomplete repairs, and parts left inside the vehicle for me to install myself. The vehicle was returned with several serious safety concerns, including a hood that was not functioning properly and a battery that was unsecured and moving freely under the hood. In my opinion, this created a potential safety hazard. In addition, the air conditioning system was not properly serviced, as no refrigerant had been added. Work that should have been completed was either left unfinished or performed improperly. They actually used wood screws, glue instead of brackets and bolts. As a result, I am now facing thousands of dollars in additional repair costs to correct problems that were not fixed and to address issues caused by the condition in which the vehicle was returned. Based on my experience, I can only recommend All-Pro Automotive being permanently shut down.

My neighbor recommended them highly as he takes his vehicles there so I thought I'd give them a shot. My initial contacts were with Jonathan and Jim. Jonathan told me that they would do an inspection of the vehicle to determine what kind of service may be necessary besides what I brought the car in for. To my amazing surprise they did a full nose to tail inspection of my vehicle with detailed photos and suggestions for maintenance and must do servicing. I dropped off my car and got a ride back to my home by a young lady by the name of Carrie and a young man named Elliot. My experience to that point was incredibly positive as they were all very professional and thorough. Both Chris and Jonathan kept me posted as we went along as to the status. I picked up my car once completed, and the car was completely cleaned throughout. It he rose on the dash was a nice touch of class. The moral to the story is you get what you pay for. They all obviously take pride in the customer and mechanical service that they offer and the car is perfect. I couldn't be more satisfied and will bring it back to them for future services. Impressive!!
