This place removes bird poop and if you go enough, will keep your car clean And frame rust free if you splurge the extra $4.00 for undercarriage. Is equipment down sometimes? Yes. Do they fix it? Yes. Does it damage your car? I'm a weekly visitor and club member and never once had damage. Perhaps bring your fast and furious slammed Civic with cantaloupe launching exhaust pipe to a detail center if you want assurance that the Pep Boys tire flares won't get pulled off. I had been to this car wash a few times prior to this. I went out of my way to return. I'm deeply sorry I did, because the automated equipment damaged my car, leaving a deep gash and multiple scrapes. I noticed the damage soon after I left but I see they absolve themselves of any financial responsibility as soon as a customer leaves. And from several reviews, even if you have reported the damage at the time. This particular visit, I noticed the staff were RUSHING people through. They yelled at me to move forward when the much larger vehicle was just ahead of me. It was a stinking hot day in the 9. I never saw staff outside to be able to speak to them about the experience. On April 17, 2026 I went to car wash at luv car wash Frazer. Fyi I am a Uber driver n have monthly subscription with luv. When I went thru there were no cars in front of me. My car is Neutral, going slowly, when my car reached to long sweeper it touches my side mirror n tangled n as car moving slow along with sweeper it snapped off my right side mirror. I couldn't work for 5 days. The manager checked video n put claim through. One week later luv contacted me hia email saying that they are not responsible for this WTF ?? Very angry . If you're ever able to actually get in, you're doing well. I have been a member since they have been there, but cancelling today. I have tried to go on 5 separate occasions in February. The line is out to the street so you have to block traffic to wait to get in line, so could not wash my car once. If they weren't moving cars along at a glacial pace, this wouldn't happen. The "members only" stunt is a joke. They don't honor it when it's busy, which is the only time they need it. Oh, and if you do get in, half the time some aspect of the wash won't be working. read more

Luv's monthly membership is a good deal. I love being able to wash my car regularly. It's a full touch car wash so I'd be careful if you have a newer car and the dryer isn't the best. I had my car washed and the machinery ripped off a piece of trim off my trunk. The general manager said it would be fixed and gave me an email address to send the report to. No one responded so he called and 2 months later I received an email from the claims department asking about the details. I sent an email and no response. This happened 2 more times with 2 new people. Despite 2 managers at the Malvern location saying my car would be fixed, the company has done nothing but stall and deny. Don't go to LUV if anything happens to your car you are on your own. They do not care about their clients!! A rating of 1 is too high. read more

If your car is older than 5 years, do not go to LUV! A few months ago I went to LUV in Frazer, the tunnel pulled off my rear windshield wiper. I did not realize it until I got home so I replaced it myself and did not file a claim. Figured it was inexpensive and figured things like this may happen. No big deal. I went back last week, and the tunnel pulled off a chrome piece below my rear windshield. It is completely decorative on my Honda Odyssey, but left exposed white clips that need to be replaced. The manager, Jerry, apologized and filed a claim for me. It did not take long. He looked at the cameras and assured me that LUV would replace the part. The claims department denied the claim. The reason: the car is older than 5 years (its a 2018..and its 2025). The part costs $50 at Honda so now my $17 carwash is $67! Ridiculous and terrible customer service. The manager told me it would be replaced. It was clear from the cameras that the blower ripped off the part. It was not loose before. The car is not old and shabby. It was their machine and their fault. Do not use them, Go elsewhere. read more

This car wash ripped off our dealer installed Thule roof rack. We have used this car wash site other times with no issue. Attendent made reference that he thought he made the adjustment for roof rack. Obviously not. The company refused our claim that they were not at fault. They would not supply video to us saying the file was too large. Suggesting we pay for a drop box account. Please read what they don't cover if your car is damaged. Too bad they didn't do the right thing. It would have been a matter of replacing broken brackets. Again not cheap. They didn't even reimburse for the destructive car wash charge. There comes a time when the car is just too covered in pollen to be tolerated, even during the Age of Corona. I am cautious, though, not wanting to hand my car over to someone and wait for it in a lobby. People, viruses, yeah. So when I saw that Great Valley Car Wash is automatic - meaning you stay with your car through the wash, well, it was an easy decision. OK I'll also admit it's something of a show, riding through a car wash. Many memories of screaming "THERE'S A GIANT OCTOPUS AND IT IS GOING TO EAT US AAAAAHHHH!" while a little boy doubles over, peals of laughter and fake screams of terror all over the place. But I digress. The line is not long, and the touch screen is quite easy to operate. The car wash has all kinds of lovely bells and whistles, glowing red "lava" wash, sheets of "rainbow" suds, blinking lights and buzzers. Oh, to have a little one laughing hysterically in the car with me... The car came out quite adequately clean. I skipped the 'free vacuum" area as there was a line. I noted though that they were ensuring safe distances by blocking off every other station, so people were always at least a car width away from each other. Good job. I loved this place, but that was before it became LUV, how ironic... Used to pay $18 and got the tire shine and the towel roller dry at the end. But no more, need to spend $22 or something ridiculous. But that's not the worst part... I've been there now over half a dozen times since the rebranding and each and every time, there are parts of the car wash that simply do not work. The brushes that are supposed to be spinning and cleaning your car, are motionless. I've even asked the attendant before paying if everything (I'm paying for) is working and they always say YES. Then I proceed only to find, I've been ripped off once again. Just yesterday I asked the manager what's the deal and he told me they are having an electrical problem and the company will not let them close to fix the issues. That's a load of crap. It's not like the place is open 24/7. The machine that takes my money, never seems to have an issue though, hmmm. Fix your problems LUV! And if you are having issues on a certain day, reduce your prices to show your customers you give a damn. I will try one more time, but if I experience the same issues, I'm out! So this seems to have changed hands and the main menu starts with subscription options and then you have to select just a wash. I selected the $17 wash that used to be $15 and that included the fabric roller drying at the end. Now I think that is $22 to get that option a 45% increase. And most annoying, the short vaccuum hoses that only reach half the car, so people have to vaccuum one half and then turn the car around to reach the other half. Absolutely ridiculous- how expensive is vaccuum hose. Maybe that Pepto Bismol color is in short supply. They do tape the rear view wipers is a plus. read more

Buyer beware.... I use this car wash all the time. I was driving through and it caused $2200 in damage. The denied any wrongdoing, even though I am there weekly. So, answer me this- I have never had an issue and this time it caused this damage. So apparently, this one time it happens it is my fault- clearly the equipment malfunctioned but they don't want to admit it. I hope this doesn't happen to your car next time. read more

so full off baloney. ripped my wiper off the car and no they where not on or running. it's an unusual wiper that sits high on the wind shield. staff told me no problem they will take care of it. gave me an email address . I love to go here with my new car! Very modernized process with a touch screen offering 3 tiers of service. Fun for kids to watch with the colorful foam and lights! My favorite part is the free vacuums, though. Which- is also my only complaint. It gets the job done but it takes forever to go through the entire car because the "suck" of the vacuum is pretty weak. It barely picks up dog hair... which I have a lot of. Overall, nice place that has done a great job. Just needs better, more powerful vacuums! read more
