The car wash actually cleaned my tire rims, which is rare for me. The detailing stations were clean with plenty of towels and glass cleaner, and all the vacuums seemed to be working. I'm a member at another car wash, but I might switch memberships after this visit.

So I just pull to the gate, waited a second and kept on going. Guess what, I can go to any LUV car wash in any state! Boooyaaah $22.99 a month. Great value. It paid for itself after 2 visits. Midnight's getting the most out of our membership. I noticed that the scrubbers are powerful. They flipped my mirrors backwards. I really thought they were broken. After pulling forward to the vacuums, another male customer explained that they're flexible that way. No need to be worried, it's normal. Just torn them in before I enter the wash. At this location, there's plenty of vacuums available. Both uncovered and conveyed. I like the covered because you can was your car and deep vacuum your baby even if it's sprinkling outside. I really like this location a lot. If you're in Savannah GA off Ogeechee and your ride needs some LUV; stop by this location. Open 8am to 8pm - 7 days a week.

We got the deluxe package. The scent used as air freshener smells amazing. They were available quickly- able to come the next day to wash our cars. Great communication. I came to your Richmond Hill, GA establishment to get gas and a car wash on December 31, 2017, as I…read moredid a lot because your car wash is the only one around on my way home, but I haven't really been back since because of an altercation with your employee.  When I came in to pay for my transactions I pointed to my vehicle and told the lady the color and model of my car and she repeated it back to me and I told her how much gas I wanted & the carwash I wanted and she proceeded to put in the wrong number of the pump and someone else gassed up on the wrong lane on my credit card. When I went outside to pump, it  wouldn't turn on so I went back inside to tell her that it was not on yet and she looked down and said well that was the wrong pump number you told me. I proceeded to tell her that I couldn't really see the pump numbers from where I am and that she worked there and I thought that she knew which pump numbers were which & that I turned around and pointed to my car and showed her what color and model it was and that she repeated it back to me. She then got irate, jumped up from her chair and began cursing me and ran outside and said that it wasn't her job to keep up with the pump numbers and everything! I was taken for a loop, trying to figure out why she was yelling and cursing at me!? She said, "well what is she supposed to do if someone ran off with the gas." I said, "Well ma'am, actually the guy is still sitting there."  She hadn't even checked to see what was happening. The other customer came inside and happily paid for his part of the gas and it was fine. There were other customers standing around watching her treat me in this manner and looking at me like I did something wrong. All this was happening while she was supposedly training another lady!!!  She was telling me to go out there and find out what happened, I'm trying to explain to her that I didn't feel like walking back and forth because I'm a disabled vet and I already had to walk back and forth trying to figure out why the pump wasn't working.  I just want Sunoco to know that your employee was way out of line and you lost a customer because of this and probably any Vet/person that I have told this to and will tell this to. We will not come to this establishment and to be disrespected by this lady. I was coming there all the time to get gas and a car wash, now I'll take my business elsewhere.

Got halfway through my wash and didn't have any more cash so i used my card and stopped my wash at 4 minutes and 50 seconds to prevent another $5 charge l. Then get home and see i was charged $10. So $10 for 4 minutes 50 seconds of self wash. I had went previously through the automatic wash another time and truck looked exactly the same as when i started. Luckily there was someone on duty that time so he had helped me out but not this time. GO TO THE OTHER ONE LESS THAN A MILE DOWN THE ROAD. Will never go hear again

I'm thankful for the nice detail and cleaning on my car today! I pulled into Luv Car Wash for a normal wash and, right as I was about to go through, I suddenly noticed ants inside my car and in my daughter's backpack. I have a severe phobia of ants and immediately started panicking. I was overwhelmed, embarrassed, and honestly close to a full meltdown. That's when Brendan stepped in and completely changed the situation. Instead of brushing me off or acting annoyed, he immediately helped me with genuine kindness and patience. He stayed calm while I was clearly freaking out and even helped remove the ants for me because I genuinely could not handle it myself in that moment. He treated me with compassion, professionalism, and understanding the entire time, which meant more than I can explain. On top of that, Brendan always does an amazing pre-rinse on my vehicle. You can tell he actually takes pride in his work and cares about customers instead of just rushing people through the line. That level of effort and customer service is rare now, and it absolutely deserves recognition. The entire staff here has been incredibly kind and welcoming, but Brendan especially stood out because he went so far above and beyond during a stressful situation. What started as a panic-filled moment turned into one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Because of Brendan and the professionalism and kindness shown at this location, I ended up signing up for a membership. Employees like him are the reason people come back and stay loyal customers. The prices are comparable to other car washes. I got one of the higher end cleanings. They gave me a free air freshener. I havent ever been offered anything like that at a car wash. I don't use air fresheners but I thought it was a thoughtful and nice touch. The wash was great and what was expected. I didn't have time to try out the vaccums so I'll have to go back to see if they are good. There seemed to be a lot of them.
