Since moving here, we've been really hesitant on brining our vehicles anywhere. The insurance company had picked a body shop for us to take my car to but they wouldn't be able to get to it until May and had to have the car towed to our house as they couldn't hold it on their property as they had no room(this was majority of shops in the Savannah area). A Co-worker of mine, Sarah had referred me to Burnsed Body Shop in Pembroke. They were able to get my car towed to their location the next day and started working on it the following week. They did an OUTSTANDING job with the repair and always kept us in the loop while they were doing the repair. They would've been able to get it done sooner however, they were waiting on one part. Within' 3 weeks of them having the car at their shop it was already in paint with all OEM parts. I'm soooo happy with the results and I'm so happy to have my car back. Popped about 95% of it out at no charge in roughly 10 seconds. Scheduled service for the next day to pull out three remaining creases. 2 hours later I was on my way with no noticeable damage and about 85% cheaper than the quote from the first company! Very friendly, expeditious and clearly knowledgeable. Also has a very clean waiting room with a few chairs and a TV. I don't want to have to go again, but if I do have damage again, that's where I'm going....zero doubt.

Mathew completed my project to my satisfaction, on time and on budget as promised. He and his wife even offered to go pick up parts I had ordered ahead of my arrival in a nearby town they would be near the night before, to save me time. I accepted that offer and trusted a man I did not know. Matthew did not let me down, has he had my parts at his shop the next morning and was ready to get the job done, with a good attitude, despite blistering heat. He is friendly, honest and hard-working. I appreciate working with him, and hope to see him again.
